Lost power and heating on Xmas day.
There was a delay in getting an appointment time but the electrician came 3 days later. On his first visit he got some sockets fixed and fitted a temporary solution to provide heating and hot water. On his second visit he quickly traced the electrical fault and fixed it so the electrical system and heating and hot water were operating properly. The engineer was extremely competent and thorough and did a great job.
