However, absolute worst customer support experience I have ever seen.

Well, they have stock most of the time, preorders are shipping when forecasted, so that's definitely a plus.

Prices are competitive and they have more variety than Amazon.

However, absolute worst customer support experience I have ever seen.

I had purchased new components for a build - the GPU, somewhere around 2300euro.

Here's where it get spicy:

The motherboard came without 4 missing pins on the socket, but I had already set up the SSDS and the RAM by the time I opened the CPU latch.

I look at the socket and I'm thinking "Yeah, this is not going to work". Now, I've heard of some cases where depending on what pins are missing it might post, and since I didn't have another AM5 board I decided to connect the PSU and set up the CPU regardless to see if the other components at least work.

What did I learn from this? Well at least I got got LED diagnostics running on the motherboard and luckily it seems like the rest of the components are ok.

And so, I put the motherboard back together and ship it back. It took a week to arrive, althought it should take 2 days.

It was in their possession for a full week without offering any clear answer to support queries, always coming back with "We appreciate the patience and apologize, we'll get to you as soon as possible", every time in a different way.

Eventually they do get to my motherboard and argued they cannot refund me because I set up the components on the motherboard, although the issue is with the socket itself, which I have notified them arrived in that condition.

They couldn't care less, they noticed I reinstalled the socket brackets the other way around, as I had to take them off to set up my NH-D15 and tried to argue that I damaged the motherboard, like that's even relevant.

They gave me 2 choices. Either be sent back a damaged socket motherboard or pay 70 or more euros to get the motherboard manufacturer to fix it.

I would rather take a 350 euro hit than give you a single more cent, that's how disgusted I am.

My experience of Caseking.

After waiting a month for my pre built gaming pc to arrive, it showed up not fully built, and additionally doesn’t work, showing a black screen upon turning on.

Great service!

My first expierence with caseking.de, excellent!
Ordered an item which was not in stock but it was available for pre-order.
CK then informed me that the item is not in stock anymore and asked me if I want to wait while the item is in stock again or cancel the order.
I requested a cancellation.
After a while, customer support (Martin) replied that my order has been cancelled and they will refund me as soon as possible.

Absolutely superb.

Absolutely superb.
Ordered a gaming PC on December 17th and even though I paid for express delivery, I didn't think it would arrive in time.
It arrived 3 days later! The inclusion of Christmas jellies in the box was an added nice touch.

Caseking is a blind trust go to

FRENCH : Commande d'un boitier Hyte Y70 touch introuvable dans toute l'Europe depuis maintenant plusieurs mois...

CaseKing, un des rares distributeur a avoir eu du stock en décembre, m'a livré en une semaine en France à peine !
Certes les paiement en plusieurs fois ne sont pas acceptés par Klarna DE, cependant je peux dire qu'en fonction du prix je commanderais les yeux fermés sur CaseKing !

Nota : Verification qualité du contenu du colis non effectuée ce jour, le boitier à l'air intact, j'éditerai la review dans le cas contraire.

Order of a Hyte Y70 touch case, which has been impossible to find in Europe for several months now...

CaseKing, one of the few distributors to have had stock in December, delivered it to me in France in just one week! Admittedly, payments in installments are not accepted by Klarna DE, but I can say that depending on the price, I would order from CaseKing with my eyes closed!

Note: Quality check of the package contents not done today, the case looks intact, I will edit the review if otherwise.

Great customer support

I bought a Lian Li brand pc case about 1.5 years ago. The PWM fan cable suddenly broke and I contacted Caseking customer support about it. They responsed me immediately and sent me a new cable without any further quequestions. Thank you for yourhigh-quality service and user-friendliness.

good customer service

now i have yet to receive my order but originally I had placed a 1 star review as i thought i didn't get any response from customer service. I did not think to check my junk email and when caseking had responded to my review i checked and oh there it was. I read it and they are very nice. I expect to be ordering again when i need something new. Very good prices and customer service compared to other European pc component sellers

Very Poor service

if you are looking for a serious business partner in gaming, Caseking is not the place to look.

Really lousy service from the seller, and it didn't get any better from a content manager who of course covers the seller's way of treating new customers.

Very frivolous way to act on their mistake.

Short-term business cooperation.

This platform is intended for end customers, not B2B customers.

You unironically demanded to "speak to the manager" (like the Karen memes go) in order to complain about the B2B representative responsible for your account for no actual reason while the very low order volume of your freshly registered B2B account doesn't warrant any such behaviour or imaginations of importance. You also attempted to weirdly boast about claimed purchases with other distributors which cannot possibly be that impressive by the looks of your online shop. This revenge review just fits in further.

As I already explained to you, we are sorry that the verification process of businesses takes a while, especially in the fourth quarter of the year. This is not unusual, because we're simply getting too many such requests of small business owners (and too many illegitimate ones too). The shipping time of your order is also absolutely normal given the current circumstances and the fact that B2B deliveries which are being processed with a lower(!) priority than B2C orders. I asked you for patience, which is apparently not your thing.

In December, it looked like this in Germany:

And all this in the middle of the Christmas season, which is already very busy for online shops like us. This also results in a backlog for various departments that has still not been fully made up. This results in a slower shipping time to this date. We are never advertising super fast shipping speeds in general though, so please just do not expect that.

My 1 stop shop for my custom build

Fast delivery, great prices, got nearly all the parts for my custom build here. I also had to cancel some parts on a second order and I was refunded quickly and with no issues or problems. I will be coming back again for more parts in the future.

wrong color case

I bought a computer case, but they sent the wrong color. I was thinking of making the whole computer white, but I didn't contact because of all the hassle that it will be to manage this in another country. But to be the first purchase very disappointed

Amazing Service

Ordering process was amazing. The parts came relatively quickly and they are much cheaper than in my home country.

Everything runs silky smooth and I'm having loads of fun with my new PC.

The pc arrived almost half a year ago at this point and I haven't managed to write a review yet because of how much fun I was having while gaming :D

I recommended Caseking to all my friends and you guys definitely got a new customer.

Excellent prices and solid customer…

Excellent prices and solid customer support.

I had some issues with my parts but the problem was on my end. Despite this they offered free shipping back and forth to confirm the parts where in working order which of course they where. Can't rate them highly enough. This is my second build through them having replaced several parts after my intel cpu failed me

Amazing customer care

Ordered the Hyperion case, received it with the lower left corner irreparably damaged, possibly before shipping. Contacted CaseKing and the issue was handled quickly and professionally by Cedric Schramm and Mr. Fassbende. They contacted Asus for me and sent me the single spare part I needed. Everything happened quickly and easily. Super kind & supportive people working at CaseKing.

Fast shipping!

Fast shipping. Good and robust packaging.
I have bought a case+MoBo+CPU+RAM+Liquid Cooler and some other smaller accessories.
Everything was inside a big box with some candies.
Smooth transaction via AmazonPay.

Order to abroad.

Online order was split into 3 no. packages. Two of them arrived relatively quickly, but last one took 14 days. As tracking was provided it was obviously DHL problem. Customer service responded quickly to our query. Everything was very well wrapped. Many Thanks.

Great company

Ordered parts for a new computer on a Wednesday morning, and it arrived in Ireland the following Tuesday afternoon via UPS Standard. Everything was well-packed and as-described.

They even threw in a packet of sweets! Small enough not to upset my diet, but big enough to make me happy. How can you complain?

Bought a King mod computer (over 7000…

Bought a King mod computer (over 7000 euros) that was in stock, ready to ship.
After 10 days not a single word about the computer, possible causes of delay, or tracking number.
I sent multiple emails/tickets and so far only one person answered telling me that the Portuguese store (globaldata)would contact me to send me the computer. Because I was not getting any phone calls I decided to call the Portuguese store and they told me that they never do that and in this case, they would not do it because they didn't have the computer. They also wrote that information on the main ticket that was open with caseking.de
So after 10 days, they decided to stop replying to my messages/emails and right now I have no idea if they have the computer, what the condition and when will they send it.
I paid a premium price (over 7000 euros!!) and I am getting the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this field.
I completely dont recommend caseking.de
Stay away from this store and its lies.

Update on Saturday:

First of all, you have ordered a fully custom-watercooled hand-built system that that usually takes several weeks to build. The store page clearly says "Lieferung in 8-10 Wochen" (Delivery in 8-10 weeks).

Now while we have already fully built your system in about 1 week, it should be obvious that it is very large and weighs more than 35 kg which is why it (a) needs to be very properly packaged and secured and (b) cannot be transported with any regular parcel company, especially not when it comes to international long-distance deliveries from Germany to Portugal.

The system can only be delivered via a dedicated freight hauling company which we have to book and this takes a while. The shopping basket already says "This Product is a bulky good".

Due to the very high workload following a Germany-wide wave of illness during and after the Black Friday week as well as in the middle of the pre-Christmas period, all logistics processes require more time and parcel transport as well as hauling companies are very busy. We therefore ask for your patience.

→ This was a misunderstanding by our German-speaking support staff. Our subsidiary Globaldata has absolutely nothing to do with it. I am sorry for this piece of misinformation. Please do not contact Globaldata any more, since they are absolutely not involved in any way.

"I have no idea if they have the computer, what the condition and when will they send it."

→ The system will be readied for dispatch early next week. Afterwards it will be picked up by the hauling company. Please have some patience since the package needs to be transported about 3000 km which takes time. The hauling company will then contact you to schedule a delivery date. Again, please have some patience since every step involved will take quite a few business days.

Their service is good but the courier they use does not ship you the items in a reasonable time.

This is the fifth time I buy on case king and there is always the same problem.
They ship the parcel, the courier does not know where the parcel is until the parcel arrive in your city.
Tracking is not updating, if you write to the courier's customer care they tell you that they don't know where the parcel is and what is the expected delivery date.
Once the parcel arrives in your city the tracking is updated informing you that the parcel is out for delivery.
You wait a full day at home, the same day in the late afternoon the tracking is updated again informing you that the courier wasn't able to deliver the parcel because there where no one at home.

I give CaseKing one star because this happened 4 times before and this is the fifth time that is happening again.

Your service depends on the courier you choose.
If you use a bad courier, your service is bad.

I'm from Italy, I'm waiting my parcel since ten days and I still don't know where the parcel is and when I will receive it.

The order number you indicated here does not belong to you. I can only find a customer account with one order from 2021 with this name in our customer database.

"Your service depends on the courier you choose.
If you use a bad courier, your service is bad."

→ It is *you* who can choose between GLS, UPS, DPD and DHL. If you order is very heavy or bulky, the selection can be reduced.

We are not the parcel company and cannot influence what they do, especially when it comes to international shipping. If one parcel company needs that long to deliver parcels to Italy, then simply select another.

Best PC company in Europe!

Best PC company in Europe! Really fast shipping times (1 week from Germany to Ireland). Already ordered twice off them and both packages came in brilliant condition. PC case came with no dents or defects. Would recommend over computer universe due to fast shipping time. Also included a nice small pack of Haribos. Only time the company disappointed me is when they labelled DC fans as PWM but only a small mistake and fixed it ASAP.
