Adam Miller from Clements WorldWide…

Adam Miller from Clements WorldWide helped me with my policy. Her called me and allowed me to ask him different questions. After we finished our phone conversation, Adam sent me difference quotes based on how many days I would need the international coverage. He gave me an easy to use link to set up my account and it was all simple and easy to follow.

Rhys were looking after my insurance…

Rhys were looking after my insurance policy for the last 3 years and honestly he was very supportive and generous.
I am really sad that I have to leave as they cover mainly expats so I couldn't get a competitive offer after 3 years.

Great customer service (phone), poorly functioning website

Our customer service agent was excellent. However, our experience on the Clements website was awful. The site kept freezing up or resetting, so we were obliged to input our information over and over again. It was a huge waste of time and quite frustrating. But once we abandoned the website and called an agent to generate a quote, he was very great to work with and very responsive to our questions.

They are always so kind and helpful with any sort of situation whether it is filing a claim or canceling a policy.

Smooth customer service

Overall, the customer service was smooth and quick response time too. I did not make any claim so I can’t speak to that.

I didn’t renew my policy due to cost and other factors but I would recommend their services.

Rhys was great 5 star service

Rhys was great 5 star service, I gave 4 star just because the insurance company doesn’t offer no claim protection. Otherwise 3 year dealing with Rhys and always 5 star service

The staff make a difference

We had some challenges with the system, but William Sheng stepped in and made everything work. I’m not sure I would have pushed through without his support and assurances. He has been incredible, and I look forward to working with him again!

Good, swift, cheap

I have two cars and a railer insured. Living in Italy. Prices are good, quick responses from miss Barbera, all online what makes it very easy.

Barbera is excellent!!

Excellent service on two separate occasions now with this company. Very pleased with their service especially with respect to Barbera Federica who is an expert and was very responsive and extremely helpful.

Always good!

Always good! William was great and reminded me that I needed to renew my policy even though I had forgotten. He was able to help me change my policy to reduce the premium (except for the brokerage fee), and it was all fast and easy. I have always had good experiences with Clements.
