Waiting since November for delivery, patchy customer service

Table bought 9th November, first delivery date given 15th November....we're still waiting for it to be delivered. We've been given four different delivery dates, none of them have been honoured and still don't have what we ordered. One of the dates I only knew the table wasn't going to arrive when I called the day before to confirm delivery.
Patchy customer service, never any clear explanation of what the issue is. Frustrating to be told by email at 5.10pm that the table due for delivery the next day at 10am did not pass quality control and won't be delivered. Why send emails that say the table is ready for delivery and then the afternoon before delivery say it's not. Very confusing and total lack of clarity. I don't hold out much hope that I'll ever get the table we ordered and paid for.

Flawless Delivery

The delivery drivers were so good, I'm here to rate 5 stars before even using the furniture. Where many delivery drivers will refuse to bring furniture into a house, Bobby and Mike unpacked everything, disposed of the waste and carried the furniture up our winding staircase to be placed in the correct room. Above and beyond!

Ed and Danny

Ed and Danny, the delivery guys. were were 5 star.
They telephoned ahead of time, they arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.
They unpacked the furniture and took it upstairs for us. No fuss or bother. They checked we were happy and then took the packaging away. The furniture exceeded our expectations. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Kain and Charlie did a great job of the delivery - they called ahead and delivered promptly and were happy to bring in the items via the back door and unpacked and set up the new items. Recommended retailer and delivery company.

Mark & Jordan delivered and assembled a 2 door wardrobe and bedside cabinet to our home today.
Very jolly guys, friendly and professional. Very careful and built the furniture in no time at all. Took away all of the cardboard - left no mess whatsoever - fantastic service!

Excellent communications even when I…

Excellent communications even when I changed our delivery day at the last minute. Our delivery team Ed and Dany were super courteous. They asked where the furniture was to go, asked if I would like them to take away the packaging, and even showed me how to fit the legs. 5 stars!

We love it!

We love it! Had so many positive comments too. The drinks cabinet is lovely, it's very neat and fits loads of bottles in the rack and on shelves. The colour looks exactly the same and the photograph which means it matches so well in our kitchen. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be at point of ordering. The delivery men were professional and helpful. Really happy.

Sussex Cotswold Charcoal Four Drawer…

Sussex Cotswold Charcoal Four Drawer Shoe Bench

We purchased this bench in the sale and I am so pleased with it - a beautiful well built piece, which has surpassed my expectations.
It was delivered by George and Adam, who could not do enough for us - polite and friendly, they removed all of the packaging, constantly checking we were happy and even put up with our mad dog!

Very impressed with the quality

Ordered a dining table and am very impressed with the quality; both the qualify of the wood and the extension mechanism. The table was delivered by James and Paul, who were on time and friendly and offer to take the box and rubbish away. The table came disassembled by was easy to put together, only a few bolts.

Had a dining room table and chairs…

Had a dining room table and chairs delivered on Thursday 9th Jan by Bobby and Adam. Two very polite friendly guys who are a credit to their company.
They made sure everything was a pleasant experience for us and even assembled the table after placing cardboard on our Laminate floor so no chance of any scratches. Other companies we have used recently have come nowhere near the professionalism and need to take a leaf out of their book. Thanks again The Cotswold company to show others the way.

I had a problem but staff were brilliant

I had a problem with my product that was delivered on New Years Eve. Customer Services answered the phone quickly and were brilliant. I continued to find them very responsive on email during the Christmas break and were very accommodating. Special shout out to Natasha and Daniel.

Had some furniture delivered by Marlon…

Had some furniture delivered by Marlon and Constantin 10th January. They were very pleasant, took care in the work and were able to get a chest of draws up and narrow twisting stair case. They were considerate in the house and respected the products and the building.

hopeless customer care team and delivery service!

Even though the product is lovely and Paul (Assistant Manager) from the Leamington store is the only person who really cares and tries to resolve the none delivery issue; the customer care team are hopeless and lack understanding even if I repeat myself over and over again. The delivery process is a disaster!

Quality furniture & 5 star delivery

I bought the Bibury Smoked Oak 3 Drawer Chest of Drawers from the Cotswold Company and I’m really pleased with the quality and appearance. One problem: I want to replace the rest of my bedroom furniture now! Amazing delivery service from Mark and Dave too! We were kept up to date with the delivery date and time and when the drawers were delivered, they took away all the packaging (Godsend! Make sure you pre-book) and took it upstairs to the bedroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy something from this company again.

Quality Furniture and Professional Service

We really love the quality of the furniture and the profressional delivery service. Our new pebble grey wardrobe very closely matches our bedroom suite and we're really happy with end result. Bobby and Adam were highly professional and very helpful. They took the time to lay out the pieces that required assembly in a logical order and clearly explain to me how the piece went together. It saved a lot of effort during assembly! Highly recommend.
