Waiting since November for delivery, patchy customer service
Table bought 9th November, first delivery date given 15th November....we're still waiting for it to be delivered. We've been given four different delivery dates, none of them have been honoured and still don't have what we ordered. One of the dates I only knew the table wasn't going to arrive when I called the day before to confirm delivery.
Patchy customer service, never any clear explanation of what the issue is. Frustrating to be told by email at 5.10pm that the table due for delivery the next day at 10am did not pass quality control and won't be delivered. Why send emails that say the table is ready for delivery and then the afternoon before delivery say it's not. Very confusing and total lack of clarity. I don't hold out much hope that I'll ever get the table we ordered and paid for.
