The order arrived quickly, and the seller was easy to reach and answered my questions about it. I bought a refurbished motherboard and called to check whether BitLocker had previously been enabled, the seller picked up immediately and answered my question.

Good prices, great customer support
They sell second hand computer equipment at a fair price.
But the most important part : they have a great customer service, which is really how you differentiate stores.
Had an issue with the motherboard I've ordered. My emails were answered promptly (using the easy to find contact email on their website) and a working solution was provided within short notice.
Highly recommanded, will shop there again.

Item as described and working perfectly!
The motherboard did not ship with the original box or I/O shield but it was well protected with a generic box and bubble wrap with the motherboard in an anti static plastic bag. Everything on the motherboard was tested and works. I could not see any scratches or repairs done, whoever refurbished this board is an expert! It looks brand new.

Wrong charger and dead battery
The laptop I purchased came with the dead battery and completely wrong charger.
The supplier sent the charger replacement. The charger now works fine.
However, dead battery issue persists. Asked for retrun and refund. The supplier stopped responding. Be careful purchasing with this seller.

It's unfortunate that you are so dissatisfied. We received a notification from you today and requested additional information, but before we had the chance, we received this feedback.
Apparently, something went wrong, which certainly wasn't our intention, and we would gladly resolve it, but we need the opportunity to do so.
The battery is not defective but empty. You mentioned that you received the wrong adapter, hence our question about which one you exactly received so we can replace it.
Unfortunately, we haven't been given the chance to do so anymore.
