Business - an easy to navigate website allows you fast select the flights and purchase the plane tickets. Easy to get a competent person on the phone and get additional information regarding the trip, costs etc.
Not very happy with "sun holidays" services and lack of help from the Ebookers team.

First booking was my favorite place in SE Asia , Indonesia, and it was great. Hotel was better than I have expected. This is my second trip I am doing through the e- booking and I am visiting Tokyo for the first time. If you now what you want, it looks easy. I hope to have as much fun as I had in Indonesia

I very happy that i was introduced by one of my colleage to this site. I did use it and is very fast and quick and also my first time to use and online booking website to purchase my ticket for travel and hotel for accommodation in the respective destination. Quick, reliable and trustful. What would be good to improve it is to be able to say exactly which seat we want and also if several tickets booked separately but for people who know each other, that would be good to be able to book and ask to be seated beside each other.

When you get to the payment section, travel insurance is added to your bill. This should not be the case, as sometimes a traveler does not notice the additional cost, or the traveler has to restart the payment process (different card or whatever) and has the cost put back on the bill, when it is not required. I had to cancel my reservation because I inadvertently left the travel insurance on the bill. Also, when I tried to cancel my bill online, it was not possible, causing me to pay for a call to Switzerland from the USA.

Boking a trip with E-bookers it's always fast and simple. I can't remember how many times I have use that provider for booking my hotels, car rentals, flight tickets and and holidays specials.
I can just recomend it for everybody whom likes efficiency and convenience in one service.

We booked a flight to Valencia with Etihad to go and Swiss to return.
For Etihad, a luggage was included (according to ebookers) and for Swiss ("light") it was written we could book a suitcase at the end of the reservation. In fact, there was no possibility to include a checked luggage because when we received the confirmation, it was written "checked baggage not permitted"!
So now we have to travel with handluggage only ! Luckily it will be summer, but we are not happy with ebookers that the information was wrong!

If necessary, you can easily add one, not on ebookers' website, but directly on Swiss website https://www.swiss.com/ch/EN/profile/login, using the Swiss record locator mentioned in your ebookers confirmation. For a higher fare, extra bag can be added at the airport as well.

the results are consistent, tools are easy to use. and more importantly, it is quite fast.
Ebookers is my first choice for bookings from Europe to Asia.
Some minor issues - (I suspect more because of the airlines) - My seat and meal preferences were not updated on the airline ticket.

Renting a car with eBookers was quick, simple, efficient and cheaper than on the official site of the car provider.
The table showing the providers/type of car comparison was very helpful.
Improvisation could be to get an electronic receipt instead of printing the booking confirmation.

Accidentally booked the wrong date at the Hotel. No refund. The website doesn't make it easy to notice the mistake with all the fields and images and promotions the relevant information (e.g. booking dates) is not popping up in a visible way, especially when you are in a hurry.

ebookers.ch offers a good choice of hotels and flights, which I find easy to browse through and select. The procedure to book a travel arrangement is not too complicated. The main weakness is the lack of choice when it comes to payment methods: only credit card is offered, and a fee is charged for that (why add it at the end of the process only, when there is no other option anyway?). Also: by default, the website chooses to store your credit card details, which I find annoying as I always have to deselect that option to prevent it from doing so.

I didn't like that ebookers.ch charge a non-refundable booking fee (45 CH per ticket) even if you cancel the booking with them within few hours. The same airticket price with easy jet, purchased through the easy jet agency, has an additional tax and hidden fees of 45 CH per ticket (making it double the price) that is non-refundable. Also if you get cancellation insurance purchased in addition to your booking, the cancellation insurance is a misnomer because it doesn't protect you from the booking cancellation. I am not sure what is for. I doesn't help you with anything.

The phone attention was excellent, didn't take too long - had bad experience in the past of waiting for long time-, the lady was very cordial and help me decide on flights and options. The email came immediately so I could confirm that it was all done as I requested.

I did erroneously make a mistake by my latest on-line booking by choosing the incorrext flight. Within minutes I booked the correct flight and used the ebookers chat to cancel the first booking.The chat Agent was very hepful and friendly to help me to correct my mistake.

I liked the possibility to see the options with different travelling dates (in-/outbound). After my flight reservation I also wanted to rent a car at destination, but your website only offered downtown locations, the arrival airport wasn't included in that list.

It was easy and user friendly. However, I would have liked tohave more information on certain details like the class of the ticket, to know whether it can be changed or upgraded, whether more legroom could be added, whether seats can be reserved etc.
