Not getting my business again
I was very happy with this company several ago, but there appears to hav been some employee turnover. Although they offer a beautiful and expansive inventory, I will not be buying rugs from ecarpet gallery in the future for these reasons: 2.The customer service is not what ir used to be. 2. They do not specify after one return, customers will be changed a hefty return fee. Five to 7 years ago, I think I was working with the owner. He was flexible, responsive, and accommodating. He made me feel as though he valued my business. I guess I was spoiled by that kind of customer care. Additionally, I lost my password and was locked out of their system for 5-10 days. After several several attempts with their customer service robot, I actually spoke to a real person on the phone, however, they never resolved the password issue.
