Mercer was the consummate professional

Mercer was the consummate professional! She was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. She provided excellent customer service in explaining issues regarding our company billing. She is a definite compliment to management. Thank you again Mercer! Based upon our interaction, I definitely feel valued as an E-fax customer.

You can port your number in, but forget about porting it out

I ported to efax a cell number I wanted to keep alive while working abroad. I rarely used the service. But when it was time to port the number out, it was a nightmare. I would not touch efax services again, even with a 30-ft pole. Their customer service is non-existent, and their requirement to port your number to another provider is draconian. My current internet provider (Xfinity) refused to comply with their burdensome requirements, and I had to go to another mobile company (T-Mobile) with a higher service to finally port the number I initially ported in.

Our company policy will allow you to port any number out of our network with out any issues as long as your new carrier forward the request with a copy of your LOA/LSR to port@consensus.com and information must match what we have on file for your account and the port out pin will be released by our porting team. The services has been great for many…

The services has been great for many years, I just recently called to cancel my subscription, but only because my current job does not require faxing and the only other need for faxing was tax preparation. But the tax preparers have moved to secure upload links, no longer using fax. If you NEED faxing, incoming and outgoing, it's still very well worth it.

Superb customer service experience

I do not use my fax account often, but when the need for fax arises, it is an emergency. Lack of access makes me frantic, so when I called for help today, I was like a crazy woman.

Megha went above and beyond to resolve my problem and to keep me calm while she did so. I was amazed at and grateful for her kindness and patience as we worked through the issues (all of which appeared to be my own fault).

Tech support sometimes gets a bad rap (often from me), but my experience today was perfect. If every representative were like Megha, I would never complain about tech support again.

I open a 7-day free trial one day and…

I open a 7-day free trial one day and the next day it didn't work. I contacted representative Minh and he found out the reason, why. My fax number was closed and given to someone else. WTH! At least I did not give the number out. I did open up another free trial period and will see how things go the next 7-days. If things goes well, I will upgrade. Thanks again! D

Eveldina Z helped me and the customer…

Eveldina Z helped me and the customer service was beyond what I was expecting. I was walked through everything and even told what to look out for I really enjoyed this interaction and efax is one of the top companies for me. I will recommend it to everyone looking for an online fax company.

Moe made it happen for me!

Moe made it happen that I didn't cancel my subscription. He provided me other option of using Efax, which were not mentioned to me until now. He is a great individual with such a peasant personality. I wish every customer service person is like him. Thank you Moe and keep on being you!!!

My customer service rep was awesome!

Mercer was awesome!!!

Mercer was awesome! We setup an online account to send some urgent and important documents. Our schedules are hectic and we inadvertently typed the wrong email address and had to reach out to tech support. Mercer was efficient, professional and friendly and I felt like she not only understood my concern but cared. She was able to immediately verify our identity and correct the email address.

Brilliant- not only for the service but…

Brilliant- not only for the service but for the customer service; was charged on my account due to my mistake in late cancellation but the customer assistant Nicoleta L not only helped me on cancellation but also made a refund. Brilliant. Thank you Nicoleta L. you are star!!!

Reliable and very easy to use.

We have used eFax for several years, and have not experienced any technical problems of any kind. We needed some support while setting up eFax, but Eveldina (eFax Customer Service Advisor) sorted it out with her quick response. Our need for support is probably a sign of our incompetence rather than anything else. eFax has been running smoothly for many years!

if you look at most of the 1-3 star…

if you look at most of the 1-3 star reviews, most of them talk about the cancellation process being harder than it should be.
That was my issue. I couldn't cancel online, I couldn't submit a 'contact online support' application and had to call and speak to someone to actually cancel the account. Something to keep in mind for.
I spoke to Elizabeth, and she was friendly and helpful. Cancelled the account is 3 minutes.
Aside from that, it was easy to fax for me (i only had to fax one item)

Minh was very helpful on the service…

Minh was very helpful on the service call. Very pleasant and laid back as I tried to figure out what I was doing. If was not working correctly he politely asked me to hold on while he fixes the concern. Minh was striving for the best customer services I have ever received. Corporate will need to put him in a bottle and use on all their customer service calls'
