I was overwhelmed by the excellent and courteous service I received from Moe (if I got his name right) and his patience in dealing with the complex problem I had given him to deal with. It was absolutely the best customer service experience I have had in my life.

if you look at most of the 1-3 star reviews, most of them talk about the cancellation process being harder than it should be.
That was my issue. I couldn't cancel online, I couldn't submit a 'contact online support' application and had to call and speak to someone to actually cancel the account. Something to keep in mind for.
I spoke to Elizabeth, and she was friendly and helpful. Cancelled the account is 3 minutes.
Aside from that, it was easy to fax for me (i only had to fax one item)

Minh was very helpful
Minh was very helpful. The first person that I talked to (before Minh) was not. The eFax service in general was fair and reliable. My discomfort is with customer service and the cancelation procedure protocol. I tried to do the cancelation myself online and I was unsuccessful. I tried to recover my password and the eFax website was unresponsive everytime i try to add a new password. I think you guys can do a better job making it user friendly.
