Our oven gave up the ghost on Christmas day thankfully after dinner was made! Ordered a new element on 27th December not expecting in any way to get the party before the new year! However the party was delivered the very next day and sorted the problem. Great service will defanatly use again thank you.

I needed a genuine replacement pump for my washing machine quickly and the website made it easy to order the exact part. Their prices are competitive and the delivery was amazing. I ordered the part at 8:50pm and it was delivered midday the following day! The helpful short video link within their confirmation emails assisted greatly in the replacement.

My experience was great because the freezer drawer I ordered was exactly the one suitable for my freezer. I had chosen next day delivery and it arrived exactly on time. The drawer was good quality…. probably better than the original one!! Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Fantastic service - tumbler making a terrible noise. YouTube showed me the solution, the eSpares website allowed me to confirm that the part would fit my model, drum bearing delivered quickly, and I fitted it immediately with no issues (I’m female too!). Problem solved, tumbler all quiet again, perfect. No more terrified cats. Highly recommend eSpares, and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

I purchased replacement dust bags for Miele C3 vacuum cleaner from Espares. They arrived promptly via the GPO. These were not original Miele dust bags which I had purchased before. However they were a good fit with sensible instructions on how to fit the dust filter. The vacuum cleaner is performing well with these dust bags with no noticeable difference in performance to the Original Miele ones. I have awarded 4 stars and will think about awarding 5 when I see how they perform in the longer term. The cost of the bags was reasonable.

Item was incorrect returned and received back 11th Jan still awaiting return on the eSpares app. Quality of hose is poor also, for this item, website not clear on fit. So long to wait for return payment don’t. I have used eSpares a number of time s with positive results, this experience was disappointing.
