We ordered a table from Ezliving online to be delivered to our new home. It arrived in to Belfast before Christmas and we were able to delay the delivery until January when we got our keys. It was delivered today by two lovely guys Jordan and James who offered to assemble the table, they had it up in 5 mins and took all the packaging with them, can’t complain brilliant service from them😊!

Teresa approached us shortly after entering the store in Holywood. We were just browsing at that stage and she gave us the space to do so. We left the store and looked around others in the vicinity. We then returned to EZ Living as we had seen an item that we liked. Teresa spoke to us again and was most helpful in answering all our questions. She guided us through the buying/delivery processes seamlessly. A most pleasant buying experience 😀

Visited the Boucher Road store on Thursday and had the pleasure of being looked after by Simon. We were looking for a new suite and ended up with a suite, dining table, side board, coffee table, side table and rug. It was great to get all these items in the same place.
Simon was really helpful and let us take our time deciding what we wanted giving us all the information and help we needed end even made us a coffee while doing so. The level of customer service was second to none. Thank you Simon😊

I was looking to purchase a sideboard and approached Simon at the till. Simon was very helpful and informative about the sideboard and even managed to secure me a 10% discount from the store manager as I was considering purchasing after Christmas. My wife and myself visited the EZ Living store in Coleraine on 10th January 2025. We purchased 6 dining room chairs and cushions for our sofas. The lady who attended to us, Laura, was extremely helpful and friendly. This is an excellent store with lots of choice and very helpful and attentive staff. We will definitely be back and would strongly recommend other people to pay a visit. Thank you EZ Living.

Had a really good experiencing buying our sofa from EZ Living. Dylan was attentive and provided a number of recommendations after speaking with us and listening to what we were interested in. Really impressed with his knowledge of their range, and really efficiently narrowed down our search to a few sofa. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Sofa is on its way now and looking forward to it arriving!

We went into the Holywood exchange store having attended a number of other stores in the area and being ignored by the staff as they all stood talking. The store was busy but as we sat on the sofa Phil approached my partner almost immediately and was helpful from the second we spoke to him. He even tried to help us find a specific style of dining table that we are trying to find.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone who still values customer service.

Excellent selection of good quality furniture. I was able to buy furniture for 3 rooms. All choices suited our needs perfectly. Simon at the Boucher Rd branch was really helpful, thorough and took care with our entire order.

I bought a sofa from the Holywood exchange store from a member of the team called Dylan. Dylan was so helpful from start to finish, I originally seen the sofa in the Boucher Road store but was not impressed with the customer service that I left and visited the Holywood exchange store. I visited the store twice before I purchased the sofa and Dylan was so informative, patient and had time for me. First class service! Thank you!

Dylan was very helpful when I buying furniture and cushions for Mum’s care home room. I may be biased but I think she got the cutest room in the care home with her little oval side table and townscape cushions on her window seat.

We were looking for a new suite and were lucky to meet Donna Barbour who knew everything about the suites we looked at.Excellent customer service at it's best,so helpful and courteous.We didn't feel.pressured to.purchase anything but she guided us through our questions with ease and we settled on two sofas and a chair and nine beautiful cushions..We have had them from November and are very happy with our purchases.A great choice of sofas and superior to other stores we visited.
