Please Support to pysical Disable persons

i'm having a great experience or this is a good plate form i just wana request pleae add a diable category for diable peoples like me with proper varification that we can get priority even we're not able for on site jobs . so we looking freelancing or we facing also here too much chalanges please do something for us ...it's a request to Fiver.

Fiverr adding 65% "service fee" on a…

Fiverr adding 65% "service fee" on a tip is outrageous and makes me never want to tip a seller again on Fiverr. This hurts the seller.

Edit: Fiverr replied below and did not say it was mistake thus acknowledging they intentionally added 65% in fees on top of the tip. I am absolutely shocked and horrified. I’ve never seen such unethical payment practices and would be surprised if it is legal.

first time user, I am okish with Fiverr service

It is the first time I use Fiverr. I find the ux less intuitive than most of the apps I use now. The app is quite slow in the communication with my clients. Sometimes I receive notifications but I cannot see what they refer to. Also my clients complained about the fact they didn’t know where to click. The fact that my zoom call is recorded makes me feel unsafe, I prefer to use WhatsApp or other means. Now that I want to promote my business I am selling items for 5 euro and paying 1 by myself and asking my clients 3 I find it a disproportionate amount taking into consideration the service I receive from Fiverr

35% service fee on a tip!!!

Charging a $3.55 service feel in order me to tip is criminal!!! I understand you need to charge fees, but you are double ending the deal charging it on the front end purchase and then treating the tip as a second transaction with separate fees!!!

"Great Platform, but Sellers Need Better Protection"

"I genuinely enjoy working on Fiverr as it provides a great platform to showcase my skills and connect with clients from around the world. The interface is user-friendly, and the opportunities are endless. However, I feel that sellers need more robust support when dealing with fraudulent activities and scams. Even when I have sufficient proof of work done and clear communication with buyers, it sometimes feels like sellers are left vulnerable. Ensuring fair protection for both buyers and sellers would make the platform even better. I hope Fiverr continues to improve its policies to provide a safer and more secure environment for everyone."

20% fees are ridiculous

20% fees are ridiculous. There aren’t many platforms where people can offer commissions, so we don’t really have much choice but to compromise. On top of that, we still have to pay taxes, which means half of our income just disappears. They also take fees from the payers which makes it harder and harder to offer fair prices and make a living.

A Great Platform for Freelancers!

Fiverr has been an amazing platform for me as a freelancer! It allows me to connect with businesses and individuals who need my expertise in tax services, VAT registration, business setup, grant and contract opportunities, website design company profile and business plan and much more. The tools provided by Fiverr make it easy to communicate with buyers, manage orders, and deliver professional results efficiently. I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible clients and help them achieve their goals, and Fiverr has been instrumental in making that possible. Highly recommend Fiverr for both buyers and sellers!

My seller delivers a dummy project

My seller delivers a dummy project so I can't have a reason to cancel order. Then 20DAYS LATER!! Deliverers (maybe) the actual project. BUT DOESN'T TELL ME HOW TO LAUNCH AND NAVIGATE IT, and asks for additional charges if I want that "service" too....
He delivered so late that it was past my deadline and the project was basically useless. Customer support? No help at all.
Can't get my money back.

With the new success score system

With the new success score system, they completely wrecked my business out of nowhere. Since then, maintaining a steady income on the website or scaling has become impossible. It’s been a terrible experience.

"Exceeded My Expectations – Highly Recommended!"

I have been working in this marketplace for a long time and the biggest advantage of this marketplace is that clients themselves contact freelancers for work, which makes it very easy for freelancers like us to get work. And there is no problem with payment. All things considered, Fiverr is the best.

Account was disabled after id verification

after a id verification my ACCOUNT was disabled. I think it was because i was under 18 but i had parent permission so thought i would be good but they disabled my account. I had totally parent permission and it would be fine as it says in the TOS. I tried to reach out to fiverr customer support but they didnt reply. I had a order finished but the fiverr team refunded the money back to the buyer as i finished a order. Very bad service hope they can reach me out.

Careful, Fiverr closes accounts unexpectedly

For sellers, Fiverr shuts down sellers' accounts without notice, warning, or even a reply to a CS ticket, and eventually happens to every seller's account. They are only interested in new users who pay their Pro fee. I spent 5 years building my reputation there, I made no mistakes, I followed all TOS, and I sold in 40% of the world. I stayed late, I left my friends, other clients, and platforms, and I chose Fiverr over everything else. You know, I used to sell to my offline clients through Fiverr to grow more and sacrificed around 7K USD spent for their 20% fee (which is higher than any other platform, as if they provide any support... lol). One day without any warning they closed the account for no reason. And I don't know how to feed my children now. When I contacted their CS, I got an initial bot answer telling me that I couldn't open a new seller account :) And when I replied, they left the ticket OPEN and never replied to it, they will not give an explanation at least. very disrespectful. People warned me about their reputation, but I didn't listen. PLEASE LISTEN!! Don't sell there. It is a huge waste. And for buyers, after all that, do you think you can find quality there?

No refund

I recently got scammed of three purchases and I was able to get a refund for two of them because I got no product where the freelancer should have sent it but the one I didn’t get a refund on isn’t the guy who scammed me actually send a product it just doesn’t work. I bought a theme for Shopify but the file says that it needs something to get used so I basically got no product. And they say that I am not eligible for a refund.
