Easy!

It was easy to save money by finding a good phone used. I felt confident buying from Gazelle because of the detailed inspection they do.

New (used) iPhone came dirty

New (used) iPhone came with every crack & crevice covered in grit and dirt. I get it's used, but it's apparent there was no intake quality check/assurance or cleaning process- just a take in/put out. Nothing a minute of cleaning couldn't take care of, so not that big of issue to me, other than the thought that they simply took no effort to clean or inspect.

iPhone 14 …

I was definitely skeptical about buying a used and also a fair condition phone. This was my first time buying from this site. I registered my number and they sent me a $20 discount code. When my phone arrived at home, it looked like a brand new phone with 2 incredibly small scratches. So far I am very pleased with my phone 14.

I ordered an iPhone Jan 4th and I do…

I ordered an iPhone Jan 4th and I do understand do to the first snowfall the building was closed for two days. I bought a phone due to the current one barely charging or working how it should. Where I ordered with Amazon they messed up so for 2months I have been waiting between the two I am getting pretty frustrated because I do need to have access to my phone while working and with the state of my current phone it is impossible almost and this iPhone I have ordered and paid for has literally been sitting in the same spot for 4days now. My request would be have the people slap a mailing label on it and mail it ASAP. This is very disappointing.

Very happy with my iPhone 15 Pro purchase

Very happy with my purchase of an iPhone 15 Pro from Gazelle! Phone arrived on time and in great condition despite just the “Good” condition category I bought it from per my order.

My old phone was an iPhone SE2 and this is a huge step up! Even though the battery condition is 93% maximum and had about 370 charge cycles, it still lasts for my whole work day that is phone intensive with a few hours of phone calls + many apps used throughout the day.

While I had considered buying a new 16, it didn’t make sense with what I saved on this reconditioned 15 pro that had all the features I was looking for at a great price.
I got the unlocked 256gb version and I trust it’ll provide me with years of great service.

Phone seems great so far

Phone seems great so far. I opted for excellent and it looks brand new. My only complaint is fed ex I have a long dirt road with neighbors so we have a group of mail boxes. They just put the box on the ground next to the road in front of the wrong mailbox. Not even close to mine. Fortunately we live in a decent area. Not Gazelle's fault. Other than that the phone is great… for now.

Good quality product. Confusing coupons.

I bought two "good" rated phones and they were shipped quickly. They appear to be in excellent condition and I couldn't find any scratches or wear. One had 88% battery life and the other 100%. I would have rated the transaction as 5 stars except for an issue with a coupon. I entered the coupon code and it made the appropriate discount. I accepted the total and went to pay via PayPal. When I returned to the site, the discount had been removed and I couldn't get it to return. Since i needed the phones I went ahead and finished the transaction without the coupon. Before the phones were even shipped I received an ad offering the same coupon discount directly from Gazelle. I put a phone in the cart and the discount was applied but I cancelled it since I already had phones ordered.

Worst customer service ever

Almost 2 weeks and the phone I ordered is stuck in pre-shipment status for over a week. I’ve called customer service every day the last 3 days and I’m told that nothing can be done, and I have to wait another week until gazelle can send documents to report a lost item. I can’t cancel, I can’t get a refund. I’m just stuck! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Save your time, money, and stress. order from eBay or any other service. Gazelle is garbage!

What I ordered was a Samsung s21 5g on…

What I ordered was a Samsung s21 5g on Verizon network, what I received was a Samsung s21 5g on T-Mobile network. It says it is unlocked however when SIM card is in phone still says "insert SIM" it's not a SIM issue because it still works fine in old phone.

Ordered a refurbished phone on 2nd Jan

Ordered a refurbished phone on 2nd Jan, today is the 7th Jan and hs yet to be shipped. I called customer service and the staff was very kind and sort of helpful. I assume they could only provide information that they received from the shipping portal. It is the end of the business day and still no update from the courier suggesting that the item was received

It was a difficult process

It was a difficult process, I tried to order a phone several times during the past year and my credit card was rejected and no one could explain why? It ended up going thru PayPal which used the same credit card that was rejected?

Gazelle was quick to rectify problem with phone

Phone worked for a week until T-Mobile found out it was traded in by someone who owed money on it. T-Mobile blocked the phone from making and receiving calls. This is a risk of buying a used phone. Gazelle was quick to rectify the problem and cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement phone. A small headache, but worth it, at half the cost of buying the same phone brand new.

Consistently good phones at good prices

I’ve bought a number of used phones from Gazelle. Never had any problem. Always received excellent phones with very competitive prices. The phones were always better than the condition listed. Good communication about the order. Shipping is pretty quick. If I need to buy a used phones, I just check Gazelle and don’t bother to look anywhere else.

Ordered on Jan 3. 5-7 days to deliver. Now 11 days and still don’t have phone. Was given tracking number but apparently that means nothing. No updates or help from customer service as far as finding out where my order is.

the phone that was sent had problems

the phone that was sent had problems! i ordered a replacement a week and a half later still no results! sent other phone back a week ago and no credit yet!
I have bought phones before from them and have had to send several back. But some have worked and the price is good but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for"
