Outrageous collectors of data for…

Outrageous collectors of data for profit, masquerading as aides to Estate Agents. I would not be at all surprised if the Estate Agents get paid by Goodlord for every one they put through their system.

Great service

Great service from Michael, from the initial correspondence. Prompt delivery of quotations and various options available. Very easy to deal with and have confidence in the product that I've chosen, with his professional knowledge. Impressed that I wasn't given the sometimes intimidating 'over-sell' treatment that can occur with 'pushy' sales people.

The sales rep was polite, was not pushy at all, allowed me plenty of time to think and consider and called me back exactly when they said they would.

They explained everything very clearly and allowed me to make an informed decision without rushing.

The product was very high quality and at a competitive price too.

Very professional indeed.

Wasting people's money and selling customers' data

If Tili contact you through goodlord, you are NOT OBLIGED to use them.

A very bad and clumsy service, with a strange and opaque chat function where a form would suffice.

Then sold my data to 'tili', who spent weeks pretending their services (signing up for wifi, energy, council tax) were a mandatory part of moving house. This is not the case, you don't have to use them and will probably get a better deal elsewhere.

Great lettings platform

This is the first time I've used Goodlord as part of a new tenancy and I was really impressed. It was super easy to use, the bot feature helps you navigate through each step and it's good to see where you are in the process of finalising your referencing/payments. Took me 20 mins max to complete everything. If I ever have any future tenancies, I hope that the landlord or agency use Goodlord!

Amazing experience

I have just had about the most amazing agent experience on the platform. I needed assistance and Poppy (amazing agent) , took time to understand my query and respond in a professional, polite and appropriate manner.Its easy to feel like you are chatting to a not on these chats but Poppy managed to make it feel like a real human experience which represents a great customer-centered approach by the agent and a great show of competence by Poppy. Truly amazing support. Keep up the good work.

Goodlord will bombard you with what might be just to generate more attention to their company. If you want to waste your time keep reading Goodlord conjecture. When the law is Renters Reform is passed that is the only time to take notice.

Very professional.

Very professional.
Their demands are tough but it is the way it should be to check if the tenant comply ( which was my case ).
When I become landlord one day , won't hesitate to use them.

The service was so quick and efficient, no hassle, filling in the details took 20mins max and full referencing completed before end of day. I've done referencing though good lord twice for different properties and both have been really smooth. 10 out of 10

Very rude people on the phone and then…

Very rude people on the phone and then having to chase constantly for an update to be told there is no time frame etc. When open banking wouldn't work had to send in payslips and hr details which done and still got rejected but wouldn't tell me why. Would never use an estate agent that uses goodlord again.

Efficient and Reliable Customer Service

I had an ongoing issue with receiving messages about delayed payment and I contacted their customer support. Lucas, the agent, solved the issue right away by contacting personally the Rent Collection team. Thank you very much for your resolving the issue immediately.
