Wasting people's money and selling customers' data

If Tili contact you through goodlord, you are NOT OBLIGED to use them.

A very bad and clumsy service, with a strange and opaque chat function where a form would suffice.

Then sold my data to 'tili', who spent weeks pretending their services (signing up for wifi, energy, council tax) were a mandatory part of moving house. This is not the case, you don't have to use them and will probably get a better deal elsewhere.

Goodlord will bombard you with what might be just to generate more attention to their company. If you want to waste your time keep reading Goodlord conjecture. When the law is Renters Reform is passed that is the only time to take notice.

Very rude people on the phone and then…

Very rude people on the phone and then having to chase constantly for an update to be told there is no time frame etc. When open banking wouldn't work had to send in payslips and hr details which done and still got rejected but wouldn't tell me why. Would never use an estate agent that uses goodlord again.
