My order arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. But the packaging could be better. I believe it could have been packed more snug. With arrows pointing in the up direction.

Stay away from Go Vets
I ordered an ice melting item for $49.99 on Jan 2nd. I received the wrong item, which was a can of deicer for $9.95 on Jan 16th. It is now Feb 1st and I am still not credited back for the item I paid for. Today their customer service person “Lexi” made sure to let me know this is the “SECOND” as she typed it, time I’m receiving a return label. I did not see it because the emails are so long from no responses, that I missed it.
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Their customer service personnel SUCK.

I'd use GoVets.com again
I was a little concerned ordering from this site because I'd never heard of it before. I took a chance and they surpassed my expectations. I placed my order 8/14 with really no idea how long it would take. To my surprise my large heavy glass chair mat was delivered today, less than 48 hours after my order. Govets.com leveraged a partnership they have with my local Office Depot. Buying though GoVets.com saved me $44 off Office Depot's price.

Absolutely outstanding and dedicated…
Absolutely outstanding and dedicated surgery in Manchester who have worked so hard to save my dogs life. The receptionists are kind compassionate and caring putting you at ease. The vets and nurses are so lovely to talk to. They explain everything in great detail and most importantly they listen. I have 6 pets and after experiencing this high quality service I will be registering them all. My dog was rushed to GOVETS last Monday night and has received wonderful care after being misdiagnosed by my regular vet. Today she had surgery to save her life.

I was a little leery ordering from GoVets because I had never heard of them before. However, after reading all the positive reviews online I decided to order the office chair I was looking for. GoVets had the lowest price by far of any of the other online vendors I checked such as Amazon, Office Depot/Max, WalMart, Staples,and many others. Ordering was very easy and GoVets kept me informed of the delivery process from start to finish. The item I ordered arrived quickly in the original manufacturer's packaging. Absolutely everything from ordering to delivery went as smooth as silk. Highly recommend GoVets.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Website navigation is not very good. Wanted to buy mass quantities and it would not let me. Had to buy in prescribed lots.

The totes are as advertised and solid!
The totes are as advertised and solid. The delivery was faster than expected. Best of all, you're not amazon. I just purchased another 14 of these for a total of 26 and my other 4 locations will be placing orders for around 20 each. We're in the HEAVY equipment service business and the test batch has held up perfectly.

Incredible Service!!!
I'm so impressed with GoVets! They had the office chair I had my eye on and at the lowest price. My back was murdering me from the other chair I was using so I was hoping it would be delivered quickly. Quick is an understatement. I submitted my order on a Monday night and the chair arrived Wednesday morning. I will absolutely be doing business with GoVets again in the future!

The part you need to keep going at a prayer price
Good service, fair prices, selection of products to keep my machine up. The dryer for the compressor went down on Sunday afternoon, found the needed replacement parts on the GoVets web site. I found their prices to be very competitive; got parts ordered that afternoon. The parts were here by Friday morning. What I ordered is what I got and my compressor was back up that afternoon.

I have had a fantastic experience at go vets
I have had a fantastic experience at this vets. The reception staff are very helpful, will call when new medication has arrived for your pet. Filip is great, super friendly and puts nervous owners at ease. Amy is great to. The vets get back to you if you phone and they are busy, they will always contact you asap. Joana is a wonderful vet, always ready to listen to your concerns and ready to offer advice.

Very slow shipping
I bought from them because they had the best price. But it took them 8 business days just to ship my order and I didn’t receive it for over 2 weeks. They sent me shipping updates, but no tracking numbers. On the good side, customer service responded to my email quickly. On the bad side, lots of bad reviews on BBB make it seem like my good experience with customer service was an exception to the norm.

My order arrived safe and sound and super fast!
Item was as described - no surprises but one note to buyers: This DE is not the fine powder that is used in swimming pool filters. The pic of the bag showed it as Absorbent DE, and I just figured it would be fine for use in a DE filter - I was wrong - it's for liquid spills and such. It can be finely ground (I did that to some) but it is a brownish gray color rather than the bright white for pools.

The go vet study
The study, I reviewed complaints and praises, the praises tend to come from red flag user names, they appear to come from a mass generator in order to boost positive ratings. IE. like sleepydragon, littleElk, basically verb with noun generators. so it is my view that GoVets is not only terrible but not actually much involved with Vets, requirement is for one of the companies attached to claim to have a vet on staff. That's pretty much any company out there. another misleading tactic. I woud steer clear

Just like some of those saavy fraudsters out there that go through so many steps to screw people over, that if they were to devote their energy to a legal hobby or job, they would have as much or more money and would not be in jail or at risk of it..

This is my second time ordering from GoVets. The delivery was quick and precise. A couple items were damaged and after a brief conversation arrangements were made to pick them up at my residence and send new ones. Remarkable customer service!

Keep Shoveling
