First experience with GST was to buy tile for our sons new bathroom. Glenn was great. He knows his product, which is not found in big box stores. We returned to Glenn again in helping to do our two bathrooms in our new home and living area. All projects came out great!

Garden State ordered just the "right" white beveled tile to match my cabinets. The total look is beautiful!

The people in the "store" acted like they couldn't care less that we were there. Then, when my contractor picked up what we ordered, it was the wrong thing. Guess if they cared they'd get the order right.

I worked with Janet in the selection of tile for my powder room. She was personable, professional and a talented designer. I could not have done this job without her direction.
When the trim tile was damaged Garden State took it back and insured that it was replaced immediately.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Garden State Tile. The showroom is beautiful and very easy to navigate - the displays are clean, organized, and constantly updated. We were impressed with their array of options and absolutely love what we selected. Our questions were always answered immediately and the Saturday hours were very helpful. Our tile arrived right when they said that it would and was a very easy process. The tile went in yesterday and we can't get over how great it all looks!

I needed to replace some pool tiles that had been discontinued. Garden State Tile helped me pick out new complementary tiles. They arrived quickly and for a fair price.

great selection , sales rep was outstanding, no pressure, went out of their way to help me make a decision. Would not hesitate go back to them for another project. Had a great experience. I had gone to a few other places , won't have to do that next time, I'm going straight back to Garden State Tile !!!

i had a wonderful experience shopping at your store with the wide array of different types of tile that was available to the consumer. My selection was a little different since i was not looking for the usual color of either beige or tan or brown for my kitchen but of an aqua blue. What was great was the fact that the tile I picked out came in so many different kinds of shapes and I chose a 6 x 6 tile instead of the subway tile that everyone else chooses. In fact, I had sent a picture of my kitchen to my salesperson and my kitchen with the tile is being used in their facebook ad for all to see!!!!!

There is a great selection, a lot of nice tile to choose from. Not cheap, paid a very premium price for my order. Also the material I asked for had to be shipped in and came in two separate occasions. Both times I had to call GST to find out if my tile had arrived, because no one called me. No effort of compensation was made, and the warehouse people are less than personable

Staff is extremely friendly and possess incredibly great customer service. I wish more companies treated their customers like they do. I highly recommend patronizing this organization.
