Maria was an excellent adviser to us. She was fully informed of all options and price points that were available and had a great amount of patience as well. We met with her from time to time over a course of several months (we were tiling 3 baths, a den and a laundry area). While she obviously had other customers and the store itself was often busy, she was always able to schedule a time for us to come in that worked for us.

From staff to selection garden state tile was the best. I must have been to every tile store in New Jersey looking for a very specific design. Their staff took the time to go through options, give suggestions and help map out my vision piece by piece. My entryway and kitchen are complete; now it's time to start the bathrooms! Specifically asked if anything had lead time and was told all of my selections would be in stock. When i went to get them 6 different tile selections only 1 was available.

Thank you for your review. Yes, we acknowledge that not all samples are free. While we routinely provide loose tiles at no charge, the expensive decors and trims are prohibitive! Ultimately, even those can be borrowed with a returnable deposit. We really want to assist customers in making the best design choices for their spaces!
