Loved all the items I received spent a little over a hundred dollars for the free shipping well worth it, would've love to have some stickers included with the company name on it.

They're product and really good

They're product and really good. last order was for Gray K spoons and they are a favorite of our. We actually bought in different sizes and styles as we liked them so much. Ordering is straight forward and you know the status as you order and get updated at each stage, Could not ask for more.

The spoon is great

The spoon is great! The packaging was an utter failure. I don't understand why you would ship a one piece item that's not fragile in a giant box filled with about 10 feet of brown paper....
A simple bubble mailer would suffice, and to pass that cost of all the wasted materials right on to your customers. The cost of packaging was over twice what the spoon cost me. For what? Too much material that you're just dying to get rid of? You guys can definitely do better.

Hi Chef, thank you so much for the constructive criticism of our packing practices. We agree and must do better. Not an excuse but we often try to recycle boxes from inbound shipments. In this case our packing department clearly made a poor and lazy choice to recycle the inappropriate box in relationship to the product. We would like to fully refund your freight and again thank you for letting us know. Reviews like this are ultimately what will make us a better at serving all our customers.
