The craftsmanship of the two cranes figure is quite detailed, and it adds a touch of elegance. However, I was slightly disappointed with the size as it was smaller than anticipated and some of the measurements were off. Ordering was easy and it arrived well packaged and before I expected it.

Received defective table, emailed customer service and received NO reply. Called the next day spoke to customer service agent who said she would check inventory and send an email with details when I could receive new table and have defective one picked up. No email AJ’s been received. Disappointing customer service. Will not use again.

First, the cabinets are beautiful. The response time in calls or emails was spot on. Keeping us updated on the shipping progress was great. The white glove delivery service was courteous, responsive and actually earlier than expected.

Have you ever had such a horrible customer experience that it leaves you wondering if the business you're dealing with is a complete scam or just grossly incompetent? In case you couldn't tell by the other 1-star reviews below, that's exactly what we have here.
I ordered a chandelier from here for my new home. When the electrician went to install it, he saw that the electrical system was broken. We reached out to customer service, who assured us numerous times that this would be addressed/corrected, at one point claiming the delays were due to the holidays. Well, all of that was a lie.
Then they tried to blame the delay on ME saying I should have installed it sooner. Anyone with a brain understands that it requires an electrician to install a chandelier, and good electricians don't grow on trees so scheduling one doesn't happen overnight. When they realized how weak of an excuse that was, they sent a replacement part to see if that solved the issue. You can guess at this point: it didn't.
Finally after 2+ months of back and forth, they agreed to send a replacement chandelier only to find out that they cancelled the delivery mid-shipment (which I discovered via FedEx, not the company). You can't make this stuff up! This company is a complete joke + the customer service here is a -10/10. Avoid buying anything from here at all costs!!

I like the chairs I purchased, but the shade of blue on the wood was not quite what I expected. I also don’t like the fact that I had to wait about five months for delivery. I also wish I had known how difficult it was going to be to get the chairs removed from the merchant cartons and how even more difficult it was going to be to cut up the three boxes to be able to put them in my recycling bin. I’m still cutting them down. If you have any difficulty using your hands and/or legs, I strongly suggest that you purchase the white glove delivery, if you can afford it.

Bookcase is gorgeous and exactly what we expected. Shipping was faster than anticipated and the delivery crew was great. The item is big and heavy - they worked hard to deliver and set up where we wanted it. All around great experience!

I was reluctant to order stools online, never mind they had no reviews. I am SO glad I went with my gut- they are absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was awesome I was incredibly impressed with the entire transaction. Stools arrived within 10 days & came securely packaged. The stools look even more gorgeous than the website.
I will for sure order more from Kathy I love her style.

I spent some time looking for a coffee table that would complete our living area. Since each piece is created after an order has been placed, I had to wait about 6 weeks - - it was worth the wait.
The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The coffee table has the weight and stability needed to confidently enjoy guests and projects with grandchildren.
