July 12, I initiated a withdrawal, having done 3 previously, figured smooth sailing. Today is the 15th, my browser gives an Error Message, I can't connect to the website. Zero CS response to chat texts.

I am really impressed, I had given my 3 year old Maurice Lacroix Aikon up for sale last February. It took almost 5 months I think but the timepiece sold organically,
They were honest, a company dealing with pre owned valuable luxury goods and jewellery. Can lift your burden from finding a buyer and remove risk of not knowing the client intentions when you sell through them.
Be reasonable when quoting your sale price but be smart as well.
Unfortunately not every watch is a Paul Newman Daytona but there is a certain profit or break even selling your jewellery here.
I wish the patrons good experience and luck in purchasing here just as I had when I sold my Maurice Lacroix Aikon automatic

I was looking at selling my Breitling GMT, the operations team at Luxepolis made this happen seamlessly and agreed to buy it on the spot for a fair value. They have a Certified Swiss Watch service centre on site which made things a lot easier.

They were quite flexible with me in their approach by completing the settlement within 7 day’s contrasting other stores which have delayed settlement agreements.

Will definitely do business them in the future!

Have purchased twice from the website and the last experience was exceptionally good. The concierge not only helped with updates I asked but also accommodated a request to have the item shipped earlier than the shown due date.

Fantastic experience!
The Luxepolis team sent me photos, and upon approval processed the order further. They also got the bag dry cleaned and when it was delivered—it looked as good as new. The team also sent the relevant documents and was super polite and helpful to me over chat.

Had a wonderful experience selling my bags . The transaction was quick and I wanted to buy another bag which they willingly accepted to set off the sales proceeds from my bag .
Kashyap was really patient and helpful with sharing pictures and giving me all the information . They also had a private viewing , which was an add on . I would surely sell more bags and repurchase from luxepolis .

This is the fourth time I did business with Luxepolis and though there has been one instance where it went south but it was eventually taken care of by them but it's always been easy to connect with them thru WhatsApp. I do always face issues with the payment gateway on the site but very happy with the care, packaging n response from Luxepolis. I had a great experience with LuxepolisSellerConcierge ! They helped to make me a quick buck with the Louis Vuitton bag I was not using . I am really impressed with the service they provide right from listing to processing payment after sale . I always felt burden of the expensive goods which I felt bored about because you cannot really gift them to any of your friends or relatives for that matter. also once you sell you can have an opportunity to buy new ones 😊😊 Luxury second hand market has a great way to go in India and Luxepolis is certainly the torch bearer !
