We got in touch with Morgan Clark to…help with our Business Interruption Claim

We got in touch with Morgan Clark to assist us with our Business Interruption Claim as we were not getting anywhere with our insurance company. David Kelly who worked on our behalf was always very friendly, approachable and professional. Due to David's tenacity in dealing with our claim we have been able to keep our business going in this difficult time.
I highly recommend Morgan Clark and would not hesitate to use them again.

We suffered from fire damage on a HMO rental property

We suffered from fire damage on a rental property, which was through no fault of ourselves or tenants. Rob Godlonton contacted us and explained what help Morgan Clark could provide us in getting the claim approved and re-furb completed. We were a bit sceptical at first, but after doing some research and DD, we agreed to sign up. Martin Chapman took on the case. His knowledge if the insurance industry and how it works is great, and with Sarah, his assistant, their organisational skills were exemplary, and made the whole procedure from claim to reinstatement painless. The team at Morgan Clark were easy to contact and responded to emails and phone calls in a prompt timely manner.

I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them in the future.

Take the stress our of an insurance claim

Morgan Clark represented us after a major leak required the interior of our home to be stripped back, dried out, and reconstructed over 7 months. They were very professional and responsive and really helped to decrease our stress levels from day one.

Having someone on your side is super valuable, Morgan Clark advised of a number of things to be aware of that we could also claim, which we may not have thought about if we went directly through the loss adjustor.

I can highly recommend them for anyone facing a similarly large and complex insurance claim.

Business interruption dispute - Morgan Clark are a 5 star business *****

I originally filed a claim with my insurance company for business interruption due to covid closures. For 9 months of closure they came back to me with a settlement of £200.

As I was unhappy with this I contacted Morgan Clark to represent me in this matter. My claim was dealt with by Tony Clark.

He was friendly, professional and kept me updated every step of the way, with honest feedback based upon my policy wording and what is achievable.

In the end Tony managed to get me a final settlement of almost 100x my original settlement offer.

I will be forever grateful to him/them for their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use Morgan Clark again if a situation arises.

Great service I wont forget!

My damages value was too small for Morgan Clark, understandably, but their Paul Taylor went out of his way to listen, advise, assist, reassure and point me in the right direction to get this resolved. What a refreshing attitude in a difficult to navigate industry.

We were recommended Morgan Clark and…

We were recommended Morgan Clark and Pino Musso by a relative after my girlfriend and I had a house fire. Although Pino couldn't represent us as our Loss Assessor because of certain things that weren't within his remit, he helped us tremendously in an advisory capacity. Pino helped solve all the problems we were having with the contractors and Insurance company with invaluable advice which was used to get what we wanted and was always there for us at a call. We can only say that Pino is a great, highly skilled, intelligent consummate loss assessor and would highly recommend to anyone. Avoid these and others like them!

Avoid these and others like them at all cost, corrupt, false, unreliable, are just some of the terms used to describe them. I was unfortunate enough to employ the services of Morgan Clark in 2017 after suffering a major house fire. Believing them to be helpful at such a distressing time was a huge mistake. It was soon apparent that there own interests and that of their 'so called' approved contractors took president over ours. These people and others like them are despised by insurers for reasons that are now apparent. For anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves in a similar situation my advice would be to avoid these people at all costs and deal directly with your insurer yourself.

Morgan Clark helped me immensely after a fire at my house,
i was introduced to Martin Chapman at the start and he help me through a very difficult time in my life till everything was resolved, he was always available to contact all through the process .I would recommend Martin and this company to anyone in the same situation.

After having the devastation of water…

After having the devastation of water ruining my kitchen and parts of my living room I was given Morgan Clarke's number. As always with anything to with insurance or claiming I wasnt going to call...Thankfully i did and i can only say how easy it made my life letting Morgan Clarke deal with my claim.
I was in good hands from the start, very professional, curtious and well informed at every point. I had no hassles with trying to explain how it what happened as Morgan Clarke dealt with everything
I have nothing but praise and gratitude towards them for their help and efforts.

Excellent service

Had a fire at my business premises and didn’t have a clue how to deal with the claim. David was brilliant at handling my claim, he got me the maximum claim I was entitled to under my policy aswel as loss of earnings for over a year until the business was up and running and earning the same sales previous to the fire. David always kept in touch to let me know the progress of my claim via email or telephone. I had so many other things to deal with and hiring Morgan Clark to deal with my claim took a lot of stress off me. Hopefully I will never be in this position again but if I was I know who to call. Thank you Morgan Clark and especially David Kelly.

Morgan Clark were able to offer reassurance and assistance at a very difficult time.

Morgan Clark were able to offer us assistance and assurance during a very difficult time when a tenant suffered major fire damage. It soon became apparent that without a "professional" handling our claim we would have been overwhelmed by the process and would have suffered as a result. Many thanks to Sarah and Martin who put in many hours of work to get a satisfactory outcome.

A Port in the Storm

We suffered some serious storm damage in February 2022 when 2 very large trees fell. Morgan Clark responded quickly and with the minimum of administrative fuss. It took nearly 10 months to repair the damage due in large part to procrastination and incompetence by the insurance company and their loss adjuster. Throughout a long and stressful saga Morgan Clark provided valuable support and advice promptly.

Very helpful and professional

Very helpful and professional. Morgan Clark representative was recommended to us by firefighters after the incident with a house fire. Robert has visited us following day explained all the process of a claim from insurance company and renovation of the house which saved us loads of stress and worries as we have not had a clue what to do next. Pino was dealing with our claim and did a great job by chasing up the insurance company which tried to buy some time and drag the process. He kept us well informed with his assistant Sarah and let us get on with our live without worring about a single thing. They had managed exceptionally well the claim and renovation works which exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Morgan Clark to everybody who need to deal with an insurance claim of any type.

Experienced professionals who have gone the extra mile, to make our insurance claim as stress free as possible

When our house got flooded October 2023 following the storms. I was advised to get Loss Adjustor to act on our behalf when dealing with the insurance claim. It was the best advice I’ve ever received.
I contacted Morgan Clark and they were so responsive from the beginning. They came out to see us shortly after the flood, gathered all details and information. From there they dealt with the insurance company and the full claim until settlement and completion of building repairs.
The companies they employed from surveyors, building company, contents removal, itemisation and drying company were all very professional, efficient and worked to the highest standards.
We were kept informed through every stage of the process, with regular emails and. Progress visits to the property.
Morgan Clark took away all the stress of having to make a claim through the insurance company.
I could not recommend Morgan Clark highly enough, especially Pino Musso who acted for us.
It has been a long process but worth it as everything has been repaired to the highest standard and quality We are now looking forward to moving back into our home.
