I received my spa cover sooner than expected in very good condition. It fits perfectly and has a slight suction that holds moisture and heat in. I have only had it a couple weeks.
Time will tell if I made a good purchase but for now I'm happy with it.

Unbelievably Dissapointing - Be Careful

We purchased a spa cover in June 2024 using their website and ordering process. After receiving the cover, it looked horrible as it was poorly sewn and started holding water in less than 3 months. After multiple attepts to talk with someone there in customer service, (no one every answered the phone) I finally sent them a detailed email with documentation photos. They apologized and agreed to replace it.
After waiting for weeks for additional information, I filed a dispute with my bank hoping this would get it in motion. They actually sent the bank a supposed receipt which showed this was an "In Person Purchase and that I wook the merchandise with me" Unbelievable.
I then filed a BBB Complaint. MSC Again stated they would refund my money but were waiting on my dispute to be released from the bank. That was done 6 weeks ago.
MSC appears to fabricate statements in hopes I will just accept and go away. I will never go away until I receive a refund... As of today, we are still waiting on the refund they promised.

DO NOT BUY FROM MYSPACOVER

DO NOT ORDER FROM MYSPACOVER! We needed a cover for a Bullfrog Spa and we called them before ordering and they told us that if we ordered from them it would fit! We measured using the way they told us to. The cover finally arrived and it DID NOT FIT! WE CALLED THEM & THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING BUT THEY ARE $ 500.00 RICHER. THEY TOLD US TO TRY & SELL ON MARKETPLACE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO HOLD THIS PLACE ACCOUNTABLE FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Did not double wrap... Bowed after a year...

Bought a cover, asked for double wrap, got single wrap. They DID send me a new insert that was double wrapped but putting it in the cover was a lot of work! Then after about a year, water started to pool on the cover. I started to bow, going up on the outside leaving a catch area in the middle. They again DID send a new inert but single wrap AGAIN. Upon removing the old instert, it was already wet and moldy. The quality of the warp is NOTHING special. They know 99% will never see it. I would gladly pay more for a better quality product.

Hot tub cover arrived damage and wasn't…

Hot tub cover arrived damage and wasn't the fault of MySpaCover. However when I called it was going to take 3 to 4 weeks to get another. Even that wasn't an issue. The issue was that they wouldn't start that process until the filed a complaint with the shipper and they wouldn't commit to how long that might take. I did get a refund after taking a dozen photos, but I also have to dispose of the cover which will mean a trip to the dump and the cost of disposal and fuel. Like all of us, my time has a value for which I didn't expect to get paid, but at least my expenses.

DEFECTIVE BUT REPLACED

I ordered a top of the line customer hot tub cover and specifically paid for high durability. The cover immediately ripped on arrival under normal use- I have had hot tubs for two decades. This was not built right. Upon closer inspection, only one layer of plastic was included, not double wrapped as I paid for. HOWEVER, after I filed a complaint with the company and Attorney General of California and Washington, MySpaCover sent me a replacement. I am satisfied. I would prefer to receive what I pay for and this took lots of my time, but I appreciate Justine of MySpaCover helping to get this done. I needed a spa cover that worked. Thank you.

Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company! I ordered a cover ( over $800) on August 23. They kept asking for measurements that I had already given them. I sent copious photos. They advertise a lead time of 2-3 weeks with a delivery taking 7-10 days. After 2 months of waiting I threatened to cancel my order, and suddenly it’s “ in production “, to be finished in “ 2-3 weeks”. I deeply regret giving them my money. I am still considering canceling because they have not delivered as promised, and your guess is as good as mine if and when I get my cover. It will be snowing soon and my existing cover is in bad shape. The new one should have been here by the end of September according to their website promises. Avoid at all costs unless you like to spend your spare time making complaints to the CA Attorney General, BBB ( F rating), and dragging this business to small claims court.

Non-existent Customer Service or Warranty

So I bought the upgraded version and paid extra. Ordered in December, shipped a month later. Arrived about 6 weeks after ordering. Premium Energy Saver+Double-Wrapped Core+Weather Shield - Brazilian Mahogany. Less than 9 months old and it's already warping as shown in the photos. I keep it clean every week as directed. I should have just bought the original vinyl one from the manufacturer. Don't spend extra on these they aren't built well with this fabric. My vinyl one looked new - but was waterlogged after 4 years. This one looks like crap at 9 months.

Poor quality and customer service

Spa cover purchased April 2020 but was not delivered until June. 4 years later inner seams separated and the cover absorbed so much water it now weighs a ton and broke my cover lift. When contacted because it was still well above within the warranty period, they requested 3 rounds of pictures before deciding it was not due to workmanship

The cost of this cover has doubled in the past 4 years. They would not honor their warranty or even consider a discount on a replacement. This made in Mexico product is a ripoff and MySpaCover is dishonest to its core.

Great looking cover but unfortunately…

Great looking cover but unfortunately the metal beams that keep cover stiff became so corroded that they fell apart only after 2 seasons. Communication was horrendous and is taking months to resolve this matter. Sent various photos of corrosion and last reply was we are talking to our production line. That was 2 months ago.

Awful service

Awful service. 3 months and excuse after excuse. No I got no response at all. Can't reach them by phone, tried numerous times. I've been scammed. Stay far away from this company.

Above and beyond my expectations

I ordered my spa cover on Jan 10th, and it was delivered on Jan 29th. I was told to expect 8 weeks! Appears to be great quality and fits perfectly snug. I called them once just to confirm everything and they were quick to respond and great over the phone. VERY SATISFIED!

The company offers free shipping…

The company offers free shipping anywhere in Continental United States. Once you order one of their spa covers they cry poor and say that they can’t ship to your location without you paying half the shipping fees because their nearest shipping partner is 7 hours away. I live 3 miles off off I90, not exactly in the middle of nowhere. I also offered to pick up in Missoula or Spokane and they didn’t have anyone close. Scam! Buy from a company with more honesty.

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an…

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Ordered cover which included free shipping. Received several emails requesting more details which I had already supplied. Then I received another email stating that they don’t ship to my address and if I could redirect to another address. Like that makes any sense! So then they quoted that it would cost them $29129 to ship to my location. I’m hoping they inadvertently left out the decimal point. So I’m assuming they were stating it was almost $300 shipping.
This company is shady for sure and I would recommend staying away.
I requested a full refund and explained that I have all our correspondence to forward to my CC company if a full refund was not made quickly.
To my surprise within 30 minutes my refund had been made. Now I’ll monitor my information. I can’t recommend this company.

Company does not verify their products…

Company does not verify their products match other manufacturers dimensions. Do not assume just because you pick your manufacturer and product number on MySpaCover.com will be correct, they are not. Shipping delays are horrendous add 1-2months on any quoted delivery dates from MySpaCover.

First it took twice as long as they…

First it took twice as long as they told me and what it said on the website from the time I ordered till I got it. Also color was not what their picture showed. When I called and e-mail to tell them I was not happy and asked about they "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" they told me in an e-mail that they were 100% satisfied that it was what I ordered so therefore would not be doing anything. So buyer beware their 100% satisfaction means they are satisfied not the customer.

Fake company, stay away!

This company never delivered the product, and will not refund me. I've been speaking w/ Justine from customer service for 3 months now, no refund even though she has promised repeatedly it will come. STAY AWAY, this company is a fraud.

MySpaCover.com Does Not Stand Behind Their Product…

UPDATE - I increased my rating to three stars. After much haggling, MySpaCover.com stepped up and replaced the cover they sent me. Should have been done up front but I will give them two more stars (from my one star rating) for finally replacing the cover that was not made to spec.

ORINGINAL REVIEW - MySpaCover.com does not stand behind their product when they make an error in manufacturing. We ordered our spa cover after much back and forth, agreeing to the specs they outlined in their CAD drawing. I was confident they would send us exactly what we ordered given the attention to detail in the CAD drawing that we had to sign-off on.

When we received the cover, the handles were on the wrong side. Customer support advised we would have to dismantle the cover, remove the foam from the skin and rebuild it so the handles were on the correct side. This is no easy feat and the outcome will not look like it was professionally built. I advised customer support that I paid full price for a cover that was supposed to be built to spec. MySpaCover needs to either replace the cover or give me a discount that offsets the inconvenience of lifting a lid from the side without handles for the next several years. MySpaCover would not make any concessions.

When a company does not manufacture an item to spec, they should do whatever they can to ensure the customer gets a replacement to spec or compensate the customer for the off-spec product. MySpaCover did neither. I will not order from MySpaCover again and will advise friends with hot tubs to steer clear of MySpaCover.

Be prepared for a 3 month wait

I finalized my order on 5/19, got my cover on 8/19. Like everyone else I emailed, to no avail. I didn't get responses until I demanded a refund. I was told Covid decimated their work staff. I had to threaten them with a refund 2 more times. When the cover arrived it had a "Made in Mexico" tag. It is a good looking cover and it is a good fit.
