DEFECTIVE BUT REPLACED
I ordered a top of the line customer hot tub cover and specifically paid for high durability. The cover immediately ripped on arrival under normal use- I have had hot tubs for two decades. This was not built right. Upon closer inspection, only one layer of plastic was included, not double wrapped as I paid for. HOWEVER, after I filed a complaint with the company and Attorney General of California and Washington, MySpaCover sent me a replacement. I am satisfied. I would prefer to receive what I pay for and this took lots of my time, but I appreciate Justine of MySpaCover helping to get this done. I needed a spa cover that worked. Thank you.
