Excellent customer service

Brilliant service from Luisa in the Bristol store once again. My favourite Neptune store. Helpful staff who go above and beyond, thank you, I’ll be back!

A great store and great experience The comfort glow of home

From the moment entering the store the stores ambiance felt like home. A warm glow of comfort love and care. That is what home is to me.
I was immediately greeted by the smiles of Luisa and Bobby. Who represented the company with delight and with respect and great customer care. No pushiness here. The greeting was sincere and comfortable. I loved these young women’s care. A great representative of your company. They must be rewarded for their sincerity and a job well done.

New kitchen

Extremely pleased with my new Neptune kitchen. Tahirah was professional, helpful and extremely pleasant to work with from design to completion. She worked hard to adapt the kitchen units to my requirements within what was not the most straightforward or the largest of spaces.
The installation team led the James was prompt and very professional throughout adapting around a couple of tricky onsite issues to achieve a lovely end result.
Looking forward to making good use of the kitchen.

Neptune kitchen

From our first meeting through to design and installation Neptune have delivered outstanding service, attention to detail and determination to create a beautiful kitchen in our new home. They have more than met my expectations and I can highly recommend the Bristol Neptune store.

Neptune Bristol Bath

Order placed with Bristol, payment made to Bath.
Same company but they don't talk to one another!

Order lost so had to go through process again, client had moved into their house before door knobs came for there hall unit

Super staff

Super staff throughout our whole kitchen project; from design and planning through fitting and aftercare, everyone went out of their way to help.
A level of craftsmanship rarely seen these days!
Shop staff are empowered to solve any issues without having to refer up the chain.
A particular mention to Rachel (design) and Aaron (fitting)

Bedroom design by Harriet

Harriet recently helped us with the design for our bedroom, she was so friendly and from our first meeting we knew that she was going to get it right! She took on all of our ideas as well and opening our eyes to ideas/colours we hadn’t thought of. Harriet was professional from start to finish and even came to set everything thing up on the final day, which was flawless. The end result is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend using Harriet and will definitely be using her again ourselves.

Efficient Service

From the moment we visited the beautiful store in Bristol to choose our new dining chairs, to the moment they arrived as scheduled, we were kept updated. The delivery guys were on time, friendly and efficient. We are delighted with our chairs and they appear to be very good quality and long lasting.

I attended a wreath making course in…

I attended a wreath making course in the Bristol store on Saturday and loved every minute plus it was a great excuse to visit the store. I’m eagerly awaiting news of the next event.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff in the store and the event at the store was evidence of that.

Great experience design to delivery

Great design (Harriet in Bristol) and great furniture. All available on our order was delivered today ready for Christmas. Lee and Craig who delivered and built the furniture onsite were excellent and could not do enough to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. They made sure to inform me about care for the products and to call if there any issues. All along design to delivery excellent. Great products basically getting what you pay for which is quality and service.

Chichester Kitchen

We’ve just had a Chichester kitchen fitted into our newly renovated home and to say we’re thrilled would be an understatement. We dealt with Rachel, and from beginning to end she’s been amazing. She totally understood my brief and came up with some beautiful designs for us. She was patient and very understanding when I had my indecisive moments, and came up with a design that I couldn’t be happier with. The fitting process was also just as impressive, and our fitter Aaron was a perfectionist. The quality of the product and the customer service has been outstanding and choosing Neptune was the best decision we made. I genuinely can’t thank them enough.

We live in an old Welsh farmhouse with…

We live in an old Welsh farmhouse with wobbly walls and uneven floors. Everything was designed beautifully, scribed perfectly to the walls, and when our renovation project took extra time and delays they were patient with both us and the project. Could not recommend this company, Rachel and Neil enough.

Our kitchen fitter, Toby, was absolutely incredible and gave an unbelievably professional finish.

Revamping a lounge

We recently had Harriet, the interior designer, help us with ideas to revamp our lounge. Absolutely delighted by how it now looks. Very collaborative and took into account our ideas too. Harriet and all members of staff at the store were always extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent at keeping us informed re delivery of various orders. The delivery chaps were helpful, polite and punctual.
Thoroughly recommend Neptune.

Fantastic product - Great service

Fantastic product. Super high quality and our kitchen now looks amazing. The service from Tahirah (Bristol, Clifton Office) was excellent. She had great ideas for our kitchen and really helped us make the right choices. Overall, we are very pleased.

first visit to Neptune Bristol…

Had my first visit to Neptune Bristol last week for the cookery demonstration. From the moment we got there, we were so well looked after by all of the Bristol team and Becky Wilkinson's cooking demonstration was excellent. Far exceeded my expectations and a browse round the beautiful store afterwards left me wanting to move in! Many thanks Bristol Neptune, see you soon

Excellent Customer service

Over then years we have purchased quite a few products from Neptune. Whilst expensive the goods tend to be of good design and very good quality. We did purchase 8 kitchen/dining chairs to match our new kitchen table. We loved both but unfortunately the chairs lost colour after a short period of time due to sun damage. It only took one phone call for them to agree that this was not satisfactory and they replaced all the chairs in a different fabric that we chose. We were disappointed that there wasn't a greater choice of fabrics as we couldn't find an exact colour match in the material we wanted.
The service from their customer service team was excellent which is something we rate highly and nowadays is not often received. We have also found their delivery teams to be prompt, efficient and courteous each of the times we have had a delivery.

Moodboard class with designer Harriet

I attended the moodboard class on Saturday hosted by their designer Harriet. Harriet is full of knowledge and being around people that have a love for interior we were able to bounce off ideas. I love the Neptune vibe, being in their store is an inspiration in itself. Hoping they provide future home classes - manifesting this 🤞🏼

Great experience all round

Really impressed by everyone from Neptune. Tahirah did an amazing job in the entire design process and Neil and his team were great in getting the kitchen installed. We are super happy with the results and are now having another room in the house designed and installed. If you are looking for top quality kitchen design and installation then would thoroughly recommend Neptune, they really seemed to care about providing the perfect solution based on what we were after and attention to detail and great communication throughout was really refreshing and really appreciated. Thanks to all and looking forward to the next project.

I love Neptune so much but now very disappointed

I love Neptune so much, one of my favourite stores. But I am very disappointed with the customer service and delivery information with my recent order. I order dining room chairs back in October, they were supposed to be delivered in January. I got in contact with the shop then and they said the delivery date hasd been pushed back to April. I then contacted today, and they now say its being pushed back to May. Both times these delays have happened, I got no notification from the store, I had to chase to get this information. Not only am I disappointed with the delays and the lack of communication, its a shame because I picked a fabric that wasn't my favourite so that I can have it delivered earlier than some of the other fabric choices but now that was pointless. Given that this is a luxury brand, I do expect more from them.
