We had an amazing experience with Neptune. The customer service was top-notch, Chrissy was really lovely and very helpful and the sofa we bought exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Neptune to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

I purchased the hurricane lamp/vase in the sale and am delighted with it. It did take 2 weeks to arrive but decided to cut some slack as it was Christmas and was for me. Definitely worth the wait and Neptune as a good will gesture refunded the postage. It looks lovely in a very dark corner where an old stove used to be. Good quality and lit ready for New Years Eve. Thanks.

I recently paid a visit to Neptune in Weybridge with the intention of acquiring a vase and a selection of their high-quality artificial flowers. Admittedly, my eye for such matters is not the sharpest, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Georgia in-store. I must commend the exemplary service she provided. Her help in selecting both a vase and flowers was truly exceptional. With a discerning eye for detail and an impressive knowledge of the products, she quickly identified options that perfectly suited my needs. Georgia's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. She demonstrated a remarkable understanding of both aesthetics and functionality, which made it easy for me. Such outstanding service deserves recognition, thank-you. I went back in two days later for a second!

Neptune products I have ordered are of high quality. I ordered the hickstead horse...looks fab styled on a book and potted hydrangea....looks so realistic on my kitchen windersill. My previous order was the Ashcroft range and I would highly recommend!. Delivery is always on time and packaged to perfection.

Great service from Will and his team at Hare Hatch. Being able to sit with a coffee and the brochure to go through everything we needed was brilliant. All questions answered on site and orders placed there and then. A pleasurable experience indeed. Thank you!

The staff in Neptune are always helpful and have good knowledge of the product.
I love Neptune furniture, bedding, paint and ornaments. Tableware is also beautiful and unique! I get great ideas from the layout of the shop as to how I can style my home.

The staff at the Belfast store were very pleasant, but having spent a lot of money on a new suite of furniture which frayed in one arm after less than 2 years, we raised this to the shop staff who were accommodating but head office refused to take any responsibility for the sofa and has recommended to take the sofa to a 3rd party to fix. Not a great way to retain customers for poor build / design of product.

Excellent service from Tracey at Neptune in Weybridge. Bought 4 lovely barstools and Tracey took it upon herself to have them delivered to the store so that we could pick them up before Christmas, rather than waiting for Neptune to deliver in January. Lovely store with a good personalised service.

It was just a broken hook ( my fault ) but great customer service deserves to be recognised . Immediately the team were helpful considerate and sorted my situation out . Excellent company. Their showrooms are incredible, beautifully decorated and arranged and I always feel that I can take my time when I’m visiting. Bought Arbroath baskets which I use for my shoe cupboard and for wardrobe storage. Beautiful baskets that last. Packaging fully recyclable and well packed. Very happy.

Most recently Fiona has guided me through choosing curtains and blinds for 3 rooms.
