Fast service, very good price, laptop delivered in excellent condition. Apparently some small marks of use, frankly I can't see anything that isn't almost invisible. Very good touch screen, illuminated keyboard, will be fine as my workhorse when on the road.

The company workers answered all my questions politely and performed their duties well. I've been using my Dell laptop for around 2 months now and I'm very happy with it. Though it is refurbished, one can hardly tell it was used before. It looks like a new one and the performance is quite decent (just as was expected from the A category).

I bought refurbished monitors and docking station, it was literally like new with all new cables etc. The packaging was also perfectly done.

Delivered on time, laptop came with right specifications, works good. It was classified as "visible signs of use" But I couldn't find any, looks as new. Would buy again here, for sure. 馃憤
