My experience with Praga Medica was simply great. From the first contact to the aftercare, I felt well looked after at all times. I have to praise Martina in particular (she looked after me). She was always friendly, helpful, compassionate and I always had the feeling that she was honest with me. In other words, she actually says what she thinks. She answered all my questions or made sure that they were answered. Another plus point is that all communication with her was in German, my mother tongue. On the day of the operation, she picked me up from the hotel, communicated with the clinic on site in Czech and also provided helpful input during the consultation with the doctor (who also spoke German) so that there were no misunderstandings. All in all, it couldn't have gone better.
Praga Medica was recommended to me by a friend who had lens replacement there several years ago. The communication with Veronika was excellent, the service and treatment was very professional and the staff helpful. The surgery went well restoring great vision again, the final check up was All Good so four days after arriving in Prague I was flying home with excellent glasses free sight.
I have had ceramic veneers procedure on my upper jaw in May 2023 and returned back to this amazing team in December 2024 for a lower jaw veneers. I would love to thank Dr. Jandova and her team for their professionalism and dedication! I couldn't be happier with my smile now. What a fantastic job you did. A big thank you to Lucie, who arranged my appointments and answered all my questions and queries. I am very greatful for all the help she provided me with, which makes this whole process very easy for me. All the best to you all.
I got an eye surgery about 6 weeks ago with Praga Medica. I´m very satisfied about the whole process, from the preparation to the medical stuff, the equipment and the assistance. I experienced no pains both during and after the surgery and the recovery went smoothly. The only point to improve are prices, which I find ultimately too high for a surgery in a country where salaries are a fraction of the ones in the Western European countries. Either than that, I would recommend Praga Medica to a friend.

I had trifocal lens replacements a month ago and cannot believe the difference. Jana organised everything for me so I was picked up at the airport and transported to the Panoramic Hotel which was lovely and only 5 mins from the clinic. The clinic was immaculate and all staff were fantastic.
I had my procedures done on consecutive days by Peter who explained fully what would happen and what I would experience, the procedures took around 10 mins each day and was totally pain free. I couldn't believe I could text family back home after my first surgery without glasses and am now able to work on my laptop without any issues.
Since the surgery I do have halo's around led lights at night but it's not something that deters me from going out or driving etc, I understand this should disappear in time though as the whole healing process can take around 6mths.
I cannot recommend Jana highly enough, she was so helpful and answered all my email queries promptly. She stayed with me through all the tests on the first day and was in constant contact with me during my entire stay in Prague.
Myself and my husband were able to do lots of sightseeing in Prague and able to visit the Christmas Markets which was an added bonus. For anyone considering this procedure I would say.. do it, I'm so happy I did.
Both my partner and myself had surgery and were taken care of well. Communication was excellent and special thanks to Martina who supported us through start to finish! Even when we got home she still checked on us. Both still healing but with great results so far. Would recommend and definitely use again if I need anything else doing. I had neck and lower face lift and my partner had his lower eye bags removed. Great experience!!

I had a relex smile operation done with Praga Medica and I felt comfortable with them from the beginning. Everybody was helpful and professional. My operation was about 5 weeks ago and I see perfectly. The only regret I have is not to have done it earlier.

Communication was open and reassuring from my first enquiry to the last day of check up. The staff were so very helpful in all areas from exactly what to expect from the eye surgery to the beautiful hotel and helpful staff there, who gave advice on the transport system and best places to see. I booked Praga Medica for Lens Replacement surgery, getting TriFocal Lenses in to stop me needing reading glasses and from the very first email they have been absolutely superb. Booking the right treatment was easy and the booking/planning the same, Jannis was a dream to deal with and is extremely helpful and supportive. I chose to use the Prague clinic, I was picked up from the airport and take to my hotel which was recommended by Praga Medica, it's a 5 minute walk from the surgery so it's very handy, it's also next to the subway so getting into the main town is very easy too. Examinations and assessments were very quick but thorough and they had very helpful translators there if needed (Janna and Tomasz) but the staff all spoke English. Surgery takes about 10 minutes and is extremely easy, you spend about 30/40 mins prior getting local anesthetic drops in so you really don't feel a thing. One eye one day, the other the next, super easy. The last day you have examinations and the doctors assess how it's gone then tell you how to proceed when you get home but you basically keep taking the drops they give you and reduce them over time. A tip too, get some extra 'artifical tears' eye drops from reception. Being able pick things up and read them again without playing hunt the glasses is honestly life changing. All in all, a fantastic experience with a superb company and I highly recommend them, thank you Praga Medica ��

I was really concerned about having cataract lens replacement and the additional concern of having the treatment abroad. One week on from the procedure I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made in years. The clinic was modern, spotlessly clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. The Dr who assessed my requirements took time to explain the options and the surgery, although unsettling to a degree, was completely painless and over in about 10 minutes. I elected to have EDOF lenses and now have excellent near (reading) vision and mid to long is improving every day as neuro adaptation continues. Complete freedom from glasses and no more foggy vision (but I now realise the house needs redecorating!j

I contacted Praga Medica after a recommendation pre pandemic. I didn’t think I would be able to have lens replacement because I had narrow angle glaucoma. However after contacting Jana she assured me that she would speak with the specialist and they would review my medical records. I was so pleased when they said I was able to have it done. Jana was fantastic she responded to my many questions and emails promptly, sorted my accommodation and transfers, nothing was too much trouble. I had calls and texts throughout my stay in Prague, I was escorted to the clinic and met by the lovely Thomas who supported me through my appointments, with my many questions. The surgeon Peter was great, it was so quick and painless. The results are amazing, the colours and the ability to see and read so well. Everyday I can see improvements, I’m not even 4 days in! Putting my glasses into the charity box was amazing. I can certainly highly recommend Praga it’s been flawless.

Went to Prague in July for Blepharoplasty with my sister in law. We were meet by a lovely Martina, who helped us arrange from start to finish with our journey. Met and stayed with us on the day, gave us advice for our accommodation and tips for things to do. Do not go to Forme Clinic in Prague if recommended as a clinic. I used Praga Medica to get eyesight done in Slovakia and it was great. I then spent 10k on procedures and 5k on travel and hotels after being referred to Forme in Clinic in Prague. I had 2 disastrous procedures there and have fought with the clinic for refund. Instead of offering a refund, they asked me to pay another 4k to go back for more surgery. Praga Medica made commission for all my procedures but while the staff- Marketa and Rita are excellent and Marketa worked tirelessly to fight Forme Clinic on my behalf, the owners of Praga Medica made no direct effort to deal with me or Forme Clinic.

As for your description of "2 disastrous procedures," we believe this characterization is somewhat exaggerated. While the first complex surgery did not achieve a 100% successful outcome, the clinic acknowledged this and offered a reoperation just for the costs to address the issues.
The additional surgery offered by the clinic could effectively resolve this issue. These procedures are among the most complex and intricate surgeries in aesthetic medicine, which often come at a higher price due to their complexity.
Although we always support our clients, as their satisfaction is the most important for us, all reoperations and their associated costs are solely the clinic's responsibility.
