Terrible! I use very little data, but when scammers send you texts all day, it counts your data. It shows about 2.8 -3.3 GB/mo in total data, but it’s so slow that my texts will not send. Cannot use internet from my phone. Pages timeout before a page can lload. Got to find a good wireless company. It’s not Pure Talk!
I'd give them zero stars if that were possible...both of my wife are without service at no fault of our own, no billing issues, no changes of phones or update issues just horrible customer service. The customer service individuals stick to their script and can't come up with alternative solutions to simple problems.
The Worst... The Very Worst!
CSR Mitzi was an immense help with my new phone issue ... which started with signing into my account. Also, I SOOOOOOOOOO appreciate talking with an English speaking customer service rep. It REALLY makes a big difference. Pleasant and helpful - definitely a winning combination!!!

Beware, Conservatives love them
Didn't realize I've been supporting conservatives all this time. I feel dirty. Cancelled immediately after finding out. Didn't help that they don't guarantee tethering on Android as they block 'dun' in the sim card config
Also really expensive for what you get

LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATE DISCONNECT THREATS
We have had Pure Talk for about one year. We have been using auto pay and never had an issue. For some reason our normal method of payment denied the charge (that's the next thing I have to investigate) but the issue I have is this, the charge was due yesterday and immediately we received messages that they would suspend our service in less than 24 hrs from when the payment was due. What if we had been out of cell service for the weekend, only to find that when we returned our phones were disconnected, in LESS THAN 24 HOURS?? I understand that they need to be paid but to threaten to disconnect that quickly? And the kicker was also that taking the new payment method, they charged me an additional $5 for using the new card. I'll be researching a new provider

Weary of ever increasing cell rates
Weary of ever increasing cell rates, I am giving Pure Talk a spin. I needed help on fixing a voicemail passcode issue and a very helpful Pure Talk tech named Brandon did a super job in providing that assistance. Thanks, Brandon! Much obliged.

I have been using PureTalk for years
I have been using PureTalk for years. I switched from AT&T and cut my bill in half. I just upgraded to two new phones and customer support was patient in walking me through setting them up. I am very pleased with PureTalk especially when compared with AT&T both with price and customer support.

I have been using PureTalk for 4.5…
I have been using PureTalk for 4.5 years now. No difference in bandwidth or any phone services as compared to the larger ones. I have doubled the equipment I used on their network over this time. I just realized I have saved over $3000 just for switching from Verizon. The better benefit is that when you speak with customer service, they are prompt, no waste of time hitting 15 buttons in order to finally speak with someone and lastly you get to speak with a personable person from Georgia and not someone (who cant speak clear English) from a far away land like Verizon and ATT. What a difference!

Quick, thorough and helpful service
No wait when I called with a question. Customer service rep, Mia was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.
I contually can't believe how well Pure Talk works for me in every way, though it's not one of the "big" carriers like AT&T. And so much more affordable!

Refuse to cancel
We have spent hours calling and emailing trying to cancel a PureTalk phone service that has been unused for months. They insist they cannot access the account without sending verification codes to a phone we no longer have. It has been impossible to get any action. Customer service refused to allow us to speak to someone with authority to help us resolve the problem. However, they continue to bill us monthly. Absolutely cannot recommend.

A PureTalk customer service…
A PureTalk customer service representative, Brittney, walked me through the process of replacing my debit/credit card as the method of payment after my current card was subjected to fraud, soon being replaced by a new card.
Brittney was and is a professional who knows how to best assist customers.

The superb performance by the associate
In this encounter I was in the market for a new phone. Due to the fact that I do not drive it is very important that I have a reliable phone company that is very prompt with their response and knowledgeable about the network. This company and all the associates with whom I have dealt are top notch and I will recommend PureTalk to any patriotic American

The customer service is the worse I…
The customer service is the worse I have ever had to deal with. They have the stupidest people on the other end of the phone. They stole $400 from me and after leaving the service, they locked the phone I bought from them so I wasn't able to activate it again. Stay far far away. This is not American values they promise.

Just switched from A,T&T to Pure Talk
Just switched from A,T&T to Pure Talk. What a joke. I tried setting up my phones on Tuesday evening but there was an issue. I called their support to find they had already closed, being on the east coast, (5:00pm west coast). I sent an email asking if they could get the issue taken care of ASAP because one of the phones belonged to my elderly mother who lives alone.
I received an email after 10:00 am on Wednesday saying everything was ready to go. I setup my phone first and it did work after manually entering the APN info. Next I setup my mothers phone but could not get it to work. Since then, I have made numerous calls to Pure Talk who blamed A,T&T and called A,T&T who said the number was active and waiting to be ported. I was then told it was a SIM issue and would take 24 hours to fix. I call back today and was told that it was an issue with A,T&T again. I call them to find out again the phone was still active, waiting to be ported. Back to PT and was told I needed to ask A,T&T to activate the phone again but I let him know it was, he doubted that until I let him know I was holding the phone and it could make calls and send text messages. After he reviewed the file he now say it's the SIM again and will take up to 72 hours. So now I'm looking at 5 days, maybe more to get the phone setup. They won't let you talk to a supervisor or anyone competent, so I will be leaving their service back to A,T&T for now unless I get some type of apology and immediate resolution to this phone nightmare. It shouldn't be this hard. BTW, I also called their sales and asked if they ever have issues when they port numbers on new accounts. He answered no that he does it everyday without any problems. It's also sad that I had better service from the folks at A,T&T.
