I had an issue with my order from QS supplies.
I contacted their support and Sheefa responded quickly.
She confirmed my taps were on a separate delivery and would arrive next day by DPD which they did.
Sheefa asked that I check them thoroughly for any defects and let her know.
The taps were I'm perfect condition.
I ordered a sink on the basis that it was in stock and '2-4 working day delivery'. This was over 2 weeks ago. It turns out the sink was not in stock at the time I ordered and they were never going to be able to deliver within 2-4 days. Despite numerous phone calls being fobbed off and phone calls not returned, still no sink. Do not order from QS supplies if you need goods within a certain time frame.
Had a couple of issues with the tap but both were resolved fully by QS Supplies one, I ordered the wrong tap which they exchanged. Second was a wobbly tap head, they provided a comprehensive guide on how to rectify. Neither were down to them.

Most recently, I've purchased a high-end shower enclosure, I'd left ordering it rather late - so needed it urgently as I'd already arranged the dates for the plumber.
Seerat, one of their staff, was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the order in time.

Second time I’ve used them. Both times they advertise a product as in stock and it’s not. Take your money and then take 7 days to refund it Would not use .

An issue with a recent purchase which appeared faulty. Seerat incredibly helpful with guidance on how to rectify the problem, kept me updated all the way through the process, arranged collection and for a replacement to be sent.
