Also, as a retail and business services provider, it's nice to not have to compete against the same company for the same client base.

WSS Media have been with Servers Australia for about 8 years. We have had continuous 5 star service without fault. All the support team are knowledgeable, efficient, patient and polite. If we ever have a problem they jump on it and resolve the situation promptly. We have never had server down time in eight years and look forward to many more years hassle free.

I've had servers with SA since 2011 and they have always been professional and responsive to issues and needs. In an Internet where pretty much everything is automated to the point where if something goes wrong you're stuffed, SA are one of the few good ones left.

Servers Australia give great support for our custom server, backup, etc.
We are able to concentrate on our business with no need to worry about hardware, communications, etc.
We don't need to know the deep technical details of the server and O/S at all - that's what they do.
They provide 24 x 7 support and assistance whenever we need it.

Our company has several virtual machines hosted with SA. While their support is great, they we able to provide exactly what we wanted for our server infrastructure. When they recently upgraded our infrastructure to VMWare private cloud, our VMs all started running 3x faster. We've also been seeing performance that is frankly astounding.

Highly recommended - we got a great deal, full failover and sci-fi levels of performance!

From start to finish Rick and Jared were easy to talk to, helpful and not just there to fleece money from me. The set up was quicker than expected and the results that I am now getting for load times and TTFB in Australia are insane.

I have no doubt that our google SEO rankings will benefit hugely from this. I contacted numerous suppliers in Australia, the guys here were head and shoulders better than the other guys in the market and very genuine.

Support team has been excellent, getting everything we need sorted in a timely manor. Deployment of new servers is fast, and cost is great especially for Australia.

We're a gaming company and compared to other hosts we've used in the region, Servers Australia by far has the best network both domestic and international.

We've been using Servers Australia for a good 18 months now and cannot fault the service. Our account manager Ben Danili is always on the ball and looks after us really well, he must work all hours as we are in the UK but I can always get hold of him during UK hours in the morning. The support team are great and always resolve our issues promptly. I'd have no issues in recommending ServersAustralia

Sold a solution that doesn’t work. Have hundreds of case files where servers Australia also say it won’t work and shouldn’t have been sold to us on that proviso. Yet now still wanting payment. Jake with very little management or care simply states must be paid.

Servers Australia have been hosting our B2B website for over 5 years. Our cloud server is rock solid and the customer support is absolutely top-notch. Communications about planned and unplanned outages is excellent too. We're a small business, but SAU always make us feel like we're important - nothing is too hard.
