My order of running spikes were delivered and left by my door by a third party delivery service. Unfortunately they were stolen by a passer-by before I arrived home. The team at sportsshoes.com looked into the situation, kept up regular communication and were swift in rectifying things and sending out a replacement pair and no extra cost. This was my first time using this retailer. Absolutely first class service from sports shoes, before they even received the returned shoes they were shipping my exchanged pair as the previous ones were too small. Ordered shoes and tops on Black Friday. Order swiftly despatched but seem to go missing en route to my local PO pick up point. SportsShoes quickly despatched second order although different colour of shoes but that was fine. Collected this at PO and found they had first parcel too although they hadn't logged it as received. Anyway...had to return several items as they were too small but just to say I'm very impressed with quick and courteous response from Chloe and then Zakiha in customer service and just now Hammaad in following up part of order which hadn't arrived with courier. Good to have the personal touch during what I'm sure has been a hectic and busy period. Thanks and kudos to you both.

Trekking Jacket arrived 48 hours after order and probably because it was Italian is was a size too small. No problem however as the return process was easy, smooth and cheap (£3.99 all in to send back and receive the next size up). Online form and print off postage label and that was it. Was handled by Kazia at Sportsshoes who was great in emailing me to confirm replacement on the way. New perfect fit size arrived 2 working days after I posted the return. Great smooth service.

After years of grumbling about the "getting narrower" toe box on my hitherto long-term taple (the otherwise excellent Saucony Omni, in various versions), I've finally switched to Altra. Only 2 runs in, but looking good so far. Purchase process was great, and the link to get the Vitality discount easy to do.

Price is good and service was great and product on arrival was exactly what I wanted. However, I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn't for your courier company. As soon as I saw that Evri was delivering my package, I knew it would go wrong. 2 days later than advertised my package arrived. Please change your courier because Evri won't change

I’ve ordered some brilliant shoes from SportShoes before, all come quickly, excellent price, excellent quality. But my partner had a mix up with returns labels in the post office & put the wrong labels on. After the faff of getting the shoes back from the wrong retailer, I absolutely dreaded to try & sort out returning the shoes. To my surprise, it was so unbelievably easy! My returns label via the customer service portal was unable to be used again, however, Charlene on the customer service chat sorted everything out for me so quickly via PayPal - I honestly couldn’t believe how fast it was sorted. Brilliant customer service & I can finally return the shoes! Feel like I might treat myself to another pair knowing I’m in safe hands customer service wise!

Needed to exchange one item and return another. Tried to contact a real person by e mail but the reply was obviously a standard computer reply! Eventually managed to work out how to do the return and a scan QR was sent. Not user friendly in my opinion.
Quality product at a decent price. Fast delivery. However, I ordered a medium as per website advice, but it was too big. A little disappointed that I had to pay return postage in addition to delivery postage. Exchange was postage free though.
I ordered two pairs of running trainers at roughly 3 in the afternoon and they arrived the following morning which was way faster than expected and outperformed the stated delivery time. The trainers were fantastic and exactly as shown on the website. Great service and very happy

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes . There were a pair missing and the bag was open. Luckily the courier reported the damage. I got straight onto the customer services and within 36 hours the 2nd pair arrived .
Never had an issue in all the years I've bought things from them . My faith in them remains intact

Having made several orders for myself, I purchased a pair of running shoes for my partner for Christmas. Upon trying them on she advised they were half a size too small. I submitted an exchange request, but they only had the required size in a different colour of the same shoe. After 24 hours I received an email to say this was not possible it had to be a like for like replacement, so I jumped on the chat function and spoke with Zakiha Bibi who was brilliantly helpful and managed to get that approved and the exchange authorised in minutes. I work in sales, and this is exactly what customer service is about. I will continue to use SportsShoes.com without hesitation
