Suggie is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate us in finding the perfect outfits for our welcome party. She didn't make us feel rushed, listened to us, and was able to suggest multiple different options. We keep going back to her for more outfits for our wedding weekend.
There was an accident with the alteration when getting ready my new purchase. The store called me right of way and asked me to pass by the store to find solutions. Jennifer was assigned to my case and she right of way stated calling other stores for a replacement. However, not suit available but she was able to manage to get my situation resolve with a smaller size suit just like mine. Im picking up my suit this coming Monday. thank you
Alessandro is a credit to your store, if he isn't the manager, quite frankly he should be!!
On 3 separate visits, even though he wasn't the assistant handling us, he intervened and brought a failing visit back on point.

Genuine passion for the craft. Excellent fit and so satisfied with my choice of suit on my wedding day. My custom suit and shirt turned out way better than I expected and Nafi is there to guide the design and help out with advising. Absolute gem

Nathan did great. He was potentially newer as he checked with some coworkers on a few things, but I was happy to see him do that as opposed to just pretend like he knew best. I enjoyed the water that was provided during the process. Nathan was personable and took his time.
