Damaged Tiles
Be aware that even if damaged tiles are not reported within 48 hours, tiles direct are not interested. I had a delivery 3 weeks ago in preparation for updating a bathroom. I checked the obvious tiles, only covered with bubble wrap which were okay. The professional installing the bathroom today noted 2 boxes majorly damaged
Contacted tiles direct only to be told repeatedly I needed to check all tiles within 48 hours. Can I question this policy as I don't want open tile boxes lying about awaiting installation by the professional who is extremely busy. Sadly, I really loved the tiles but had to buy replacements today to allow completion of bathroom.
