TilesDirect was so helpful and their prices were great! I was interested in several tiles for a bathroom remodel and the team so patient through a few revisions of both tiles and quantities. Their prices were much better than other companies I'd checked with. I'll definitely use them again for any future projects I have and am
recommending them to my friends too.
While I haven't yet purchased all the tiles, I have received all the samples I ordered, and the customer service was very responsive. I would recommend Tiles Direct for my clients.
Be aware that even if damaged tiles are not reported within 48 hours, tiles direct are not interested. I had a delivery 3 weeks ago in preparation for updating a bathroom. I checked the obvious tiles, only covered with bubble wrap which were okay. The professional installing the bathroom today noted 2 boxes majorly damaged
Contacted tiles direct only to be told repeatedly I needed to check all tiles within 48 hours. Can I question this policy as I don't want open tile boxes lying about awaiting installation by the professional who is extremely busy. Sadly, I really loved the tiles but had to buy replacements today to allow completion of bathroom.
Needed one more box of tile to finish a project. TilesDirect made sure that the correct lot number was communicated to the supplier so the material color would match. They also got the additional box shipped very quickly so the project t delay was minimal. Thank you!

This company had the best price for the tiles I needed. They shipped quickly and all the tiles were in perfect condition, however, the trim pieces arrived broken. The company quickly shipped out replacements. I was impressed with their customer service and I will buy from them again without hesitation.

Good quality tiles for a great price! It didn’t take long for delivery; however, there were several tiles chipped. I did notify them via email within the two day period for replacements and also included pictures. They not only replaced the chipped tiles, but included several more. Their response was prompt and hassle free.

I previously had a terrible experience with a different tile company that lied to me about availability of items and delivery times and was unresponsive to emails. Then I found TilesDirect and it was an absolute pleasure ordering from them. Everyone who works there is lovely, competent, incredibly helpful, and shows genuine regard for their customers. I was always kept up to date on the status of my order, and they accommodated my schedule when it came time to schedule delivery.

The tiles came on time, with shipping easy to track.
Nothing was broken. The tiles themselves are beautiful and look just like the pictures. The sample was big enough to really get a good feel for how they would look in my living room

Ordering online was quick and easy. Offering two different shipping companies was a plus! Being updated when tiles were shipped and the estimated arrival. Also, when I had a question, Sandy with Tiles Direct Support was pleasant to talk with and updated me on the delivery date! That's service!!! I received my tiles and they were packed well on the pallet. I had a few that were broken, but those can be used for small cuts. All in all, a great experience.

I do apologize for the delay, when the material came into us it had damages and we had to get replacement material into us before shipping. I spoke to customer service and they are aware of the damage you received from the trucking company and they will have a response to you shortly.

You ordered the RDI Mother of Pearl Super White Pearl Mini Brick Mosaic from what we can tell without ordering a sample first. When you received the material you were not happy with the size of the tile and asked what the return options were. You were told about the restock fee and return shipping fee and proceeded with the return. From everything I have researched you ordered a tile and received what you ordered. Please advise if that is not a correct.
broken tiles within the packaging. I have had the tiles in their packaging for around a month. i did not unpack them as I needed to transport them to another location. When i unpacked them in one box there were 6 broken tiles . They were so broken as to be useless. The box had clearly been dropped ether in the warehouse or with delivery people. It seemed strage as the packaging was substantial. Tiles Direct refused to resupply the 6 tiles free relying on a passage in their website " all broken tiles must be reported i two days from receipt". I certaily did not see that . If they want to rely on that for not re supplying after two days they should make that clearer on the order form or at time of order. I should add I paind £39 for delivery; the tiles cost £20!
Dissappointing that they could not accept my reasonning why I had not unpacked them. Why would I transport 42 loose tiles to another location.
Be aware if you buy tiles and dont unpack them for two or more days

I ordered two different tiles for a small bathroom remodel in early May. At first I was a little skeptical because the prices of the tiles seemed too low. Also, I was worried about long processing and shipping times, because the remodel was on a tight schedule. I talked to their hotline and I was given an approximate time line for fulfillment and transit after the helpful hotline agent had checked the stock for both tiles.
After just a few days, earlier than stated by the agent, I received the freight tracking number. Shipping from the east coast to the west coast was surprisingly quick. I received my tiles way ahead of schedule!
However, the pallet was partially broken and therefore two boxes of the tile were damaged. I quickly sent them a message through their website and early the next day Keith replied to it, offering to either replace or refund the damaged tiles. Again within a very short period of time, I received a tracking number for two FedEx ground packages. The replacements arrived quickly and were well packaged and protected.
Overall their great customer support, low prices and quick turnaround times were amazing! The tiles look great and I am going to give them my business anytime again in the future!
