The purchasing process was easy, well supported and the product was delivered in tact. I found the product I wanted and placed the order. To support customer service, I was contacted by Sandy (pleasent/professional customer support) to inform me of material changes and shipping timing so I could confirm I still wanted the order. Once confirmed it arrived well packed and undamaged

They have a wide selection of tile. They do need to work on getting orders out faster. As a tile setter I'm purchasing from many online vendors tiles direct was the slowest at delivery.

Arrived in proper time frame. No damage to any tile as had been the case with a different vendor. Gave me assurance before purchase that they would resolve any broken tile issue if it occurred.

We had a great experience with Tiles Direct. From the day we ordered until the day they were delivered, was exactly three weeks. When the boxes arrived, they were extremely well packaged. They look just like they did on the website. If I ever need tile again, I'll definitely go with Tiles Direct.

Shipment was delayed a month because it was on hold for no apparent reason. This was not due to material being unavailable.
It took Tilesdirect.com 30+ days to realize the order did not go thru.

Sorry for the delay the factory had a system glitch and the order did not go through. Once we discovered the error we had them ship it out within 24 hours. I see you have three other orders with us that seemed to move quite smoothly. I again apologize we had this issue with this one.
TilesDirect was great in assisting us to receive our tile for our master bath remodel a little quicker. Our bilder was moving a little quicker than anticipated and requested the tile a few weeks sooner. I called TilesDirect and spoke to a customer rep who then reached out to both tile manufacturers to arrange a direct ship

I usually don’t write reviews. But we had such wonderful customer service. We ordered several different tiles and one of the tiles was on back order. Whitney from customer service was a pleasure to work with and was very informative and kept us in the loop.

We are a pool remodeling company in Texas and almost never order tile from vendors beyond our local suppliers for many reasons. In this case, TilesDirect had a tile one of our customers liked and we could not locate it through our regular suppliers.
Long story short, we found the tile at TilesDirect, made a couple of inquiries, placed the order and the tile was received within a week!
We will not hesitate to place another order with TilesDirect in the future!

The tiles direct associates were excellent and very helpful. I’m sorry I can only give a 2 star rating because the freight truck that delivered our tiles damaged our contractor’s truck and would not take responsibility. The associates at tilesdirect are very supportive and say that they will help if they can and if the issue is resolved I will be happy to update this review.

Thank you for the kind words about Tiles Direct. I know our team is just waiting on the police accident report or signed BOL stating the damage that occurred at the time of the delivery. Once we have that we will be happy to get it to the claims department at the trucking company, unfortunately they will not just accept a statement from the contractor that the driver hit his vehicle and damaged it without any type of written incident report. We will be happy to help in anyway once we have the documentation of the accident.
We had great savings even considering the cost of shipping, and a person actually answered the phone when I called them. All my questions were answered and I had nothing to worry about- the tiles arrived timely and in great shape. Ill use them again.

Tiles direct was able to locate tile that was nearly out of stock so we could continue the same pattern into a new room. Delivery was right to my garage and didn’t have to move it myself to get it inside the garage.

Ordering is simple and inexpensive. When the vendor's delivery date was several weeks away, I was contacted by a representative. When the tile arrived earlier than planned, I was also called to let me know it was on its way. Customer service is excellent.

I ordered two different tiles for a small bathroom remodel in early May. At first I was a little skeptical because the prices of the tiles seemed too low. Also, I was worried about long processing and shipping times, because the remodel was on a tight schedule. I talked to their hotline and I was given an approximate time line for fulfillment and transit after the helpful hotline agent had checked the stock for both tiles.
After just a few days, earlier than stated by the agent, I received the freight tracking number. Shipping from the east coast to the west coast was surprisingly quick. I received my tiles way ahead of schedule!
However, the pallet was partially broken and therefore two boxes of the tile were damaged. I quickly sent them a message through their website and early the next day Keith replied to it, offering to either replace or refund the damaged tiles. Again within a very short period of time, I received a tracking number for two FedEx ground packages. The replacements arrived quickly and were well packaged and protected.
Overall their great customer support, low prices and quick turnaround times were amazing! The tiles look great and I am going to give them my business anytime again in the future!
