Wouldn't let me return an unopened …

Wouldn't let me return an unopened unused box of tile. Customer service told me it was on the site. Never will order from them again. I took a chance without seeing the tile and let me tell you it was nothing special. They do drop shipping which means they are just the middle man. No quality control on their end either, They take your order and send it to another company that fills it. Should have went to the other company direct.

Response: I'm good, I will not use your company again or suggest it. Thank you for the response though.

Hello Tim,

I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. I took a look into your order and it appears you ordered some bullnose trim from our company. The material delivered to you on 3/3 and you sent in a request for return on 4/9. We try to accommodate all return requests for field tile, but we do not typically take returns on trim tile. When you have an older lot of bullnose trim and try and match it to a newer lot of tile you can have issues.

I am sorry about your situation and if you would be willing to give us another try I would be happy to offer you a discount to make up for the money you are out on the bullnose trim.

Highly Recommend

I was not able to get the additional tiles to finish a project through the contractor that was doing our home renovations. Tiles Direct was very helpful and timely and getting the tiles that I needed. Working with their staff was a real pleasure!
