They stand behind their products!

The night before Thanksgiving, we opened our bench and found significant damage. I was so worried because even though we received our table months prior, we hadn’t needed the bench and had not opened the box. I was so bummed that not only would we not have it for Thanksgiving, but the chances of receiving a replacement before Christmas was probably slim. Kevin of the warranty team immediately requested for a replacement bench to be shipped to me. Much to my surprise we got it 2 days before Christmas! I absolutely love my Transformer Table (and bench) and TT’s customer service has been out of this world!

Resolution of my problem

I was getting frustrated as I couldn’t reach anyone directly for days (it is the holiday season) to sort out my issue. Today I reached Kane and he was awesome - very friendly, patient and handled my shipping issue, sent me confirmation via email right away and assured me I would be contacted if anything else was needed. Thank you so much!!

Kevin (with warranty team) came in clutch!

There was a misunderstanding with the Sales Director which led to me purchasing a coffee table that did not match my Costco Transformer Table. Thankfully, Kevin from the warranty team was able to clarify the colors and swiftly organize an exchange in products.

Great warranty

Great warranty, one of the benches came damaged and they made it very easy to claim the warranty and Sergio made a quick decision to send another bench to replace. Thank you for great customer service and happy holidays

Customer Service with Kane

Customer Service with Kane
I placed my order for a full set (table, bench and 4 chairs) back in Sept. 2024. The delivery was estimated for the week of Thanksgiving. I kept following up through their email contact system, but was getting no where. I finally decided to call Customer Service to figure out what the primary issue was for the delay. I have yet to receive my products, but just want to comment on the friendly and positive experience with their Service Representative - Kane.
Kane was very friendly, apologized for the delay, gave me additional information for the company issues, we made small talk and I walked away feeling less frustrated.

Value !!

Product is worth the cost. Very many compliments and they delivered into our house and room we wanted. The quality of the boxes says a lot too IMO shows the level of care and attention shown to the furniture (ordered a table, bench, and coffee table).

Great product !

This product and company is awesome ! I researched and read reviews for a year before taking the plunge. I bought the table, bench and coffee table to store the leafs. Very well made and is just perfect for our growing family. Highly recommend .

Replacement table panel

I’ve had my transformer table for 3 years and one of the panels was damaged by nail polish remover…it etched a circle into the panel. I contacted transformer table and they insisted they would send one to me for free. Sergio, the customer service rep in the warranty department was great to work with. Thank you

Replacement Parts

The glides on the chairs have worn down and are scratching the wood floor, and they needed to be replaced. Your response to my dilemma was quick. Actually much quicker than I expected. Too many companies fall short on customer service. You folks can teach others by the example you set. Your service is very much appreciated.

The look is fantastic!

The look is fantastic! I chose the light wood color in the round design. The ability to extend the table and bench is easy enough for me as a petite woman but I do prefer help. I would purchase again based on style. I will share information that I would have liked to know in advance. I removed one star for 3 reasons:
1. I did not know that the table, chairs, bench and cabinet would arrive in 8 very large boxes. That I would not be able to move at all! I assumed the delivery men would unbox and set up. I had to hire a handy man since my husband was away for work and these boxes were very big, taking up most of my large foyer. (Had I ordered this in my last home this would have taken up my whole living room!) it took the handyman 3 hours to put everything together. So that was an added expense after the near $6,000 purchase. Maybe this assembly required was stated at the time of order, but I do not remember since that was 6 months ago. I also have a huge amount of cardboard that I will need to hire someone to break down and carry up from the basement (I have a spinal injury and my husband is away for business often) to recycle over the next few months, (in our township we are limited in the amount of recycling we can put out each week) luckily, I have basement space for this, it would be a very cumbersome amount of cardboard to hold onto for several months if I were living in an apartment or smaller home setting.
2. The bench does not latch closed when there are no leaves added to it. This is unfortunate because I intended to use the bench in the smallest position. I have decided to use it somewhere else in the home and purchased two more chairs in its place. This is also an issue because since the bench does not latch together, when one sits down on it, the seam separates, but when you stand back up the seam closes and this caught my sweater made a pull in it. The sweater was old. I’m not worried about that, but I do worry about small fingers getting pinched or the back of one pants getting caught and maybe even skin if someone is wearing shorts. For this reason, I cannot use it in a dining situation. I love the look of it though so I decided to use it as a hallway bench in a place where no one ever sits and I would say it’s very expensive for that use. Buyer beware if you thought you might use it without adding the leaves! I did not receive any information back when I messaged my concern on this. I have thought about adding some adhesive Velcro straps underneath after the busy holiday time subsides. I’m not sure if that will hold. However, when the table is fully extended for a party, I will have a couple of men carry it in to be used at that time.
3. And last, one of the latches to hold a cabinet door closed does not actually work so the door does not stay closed. I was told this latch was under warranty and I would be shipped a replacement. But I haven’t gotten any follow up email to know when that will be, but I trust the only reason I haven’t heard back yet is because of the holiday time we’re in.

I had been contemplating this purchase…

I had been contemplating this purchase for over a year now, logging in occasionally to see the deals, as a family of 8, I hated the big bulky dinning table we had taking up most of the space. I share custody of our kids and half of the time they are with their dad so I felt the emptyness often when they where gone and wanted something to be able to adjust to a smaller one when they are gone. After logging in for the christmas sale, I received a text from a rep that was supper helpful took the time to do a FaceTime with me and show me the table and answered all my questions and concerns, no sales pitch just truly cared about my concerns. If she would't of called I wouldn't of made the decision to purchase.

COMSUMER WARNING

COMSUMER WARNING: Do not use this company! In October they happily took my $3000, promising I would receive my dining set by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went with no communication and no shipment, and we had to cancel our holiday plans.

I contacted the company, who unapologetically told me it was now due by Christmas. Again, the holiday came and went while my family continued to use a card table in the absence of the dining set I paid for over 2 months earlier.

I contacted the company again, this time requesting that my order be canceled and refunded, which they have so far not done. It seems I will have to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back and take my business elsewhere.

UPDATE in response to seller's comment: I have given my name in the multiple phone calls and emails I sent directly to the company. This review is meant only to warn other potential customers.

These positive reviews MUST be fake

**EDIT* I called and was rerouted then hung up.

These positive reviews MUST be fake. Not sure how half these people are receiving their items no problem but the other half are having the SAME issue which is WE ARE NOT RECEIVING OUR GOODS!!! TOTAL SCAM. We ordered in July it is now DECEMBER. We have received nothing but been charged $4000 absolutely insane.

Delivery prolonged

Order: US-52853 Unfortunately, we ordered our table almost 6 months ago. We were told it would arrive before Thanksgiving (11/18/24). We had to cancel hosting Thanksgiving because it had not yet arrived. Supposedly it shipped by 12/1. Today is 12/21 and our products have not yet arrived. Transformer is giving us two chairs but we have still not received any updates on when our products will arrive.

I was having an issue with being …

I was having an issue with being available for delivery and through the chat i was being informed that no changes could be made to the delivery schedule. So I called TT customer service and spoke to Kane, he was extremely helpful, he explained how the shipping/delivery process worked and even added two chairs for free, which was totally unexpected. TT has displayed top notch customer service! How ever that AI chat thing needs a lot of work!

Great customer service from Marcela

Marcela, the Customer Support worker that was assisting me was very kind, courteous, and helpful. She was able to fix an error and also give me 2 free chairs since the shipment of my table has been delayed two times. Although I ordered in June, and we are in November without a table, I am hopeful that the table will arrive in January (noted as updated ship date). Marcela was able to make the changes and additions efficiently and kindly. Her assistance made me continue to wait for the products ordered, instead of asking for a full refund.
