Quality product that was easy to order and shipped quickly. This is the second mat I have ordered for my home. These mats are nice looking, hold up well, and appear to be constructed very much like mats I have purchased from popular catalog/online retailers that cost twice as much.

When we first started inquiring about mats for our offices we had no idea of what an overwhelming task that was going to be. All the different pile heights, styles, colors, sizes etc.

We ordered the WaterHog Fashion Diamond mats. They are great: no sliding, no curling edges and no creasing. We will buy from Ultimate Mats again in the future for our business needs.

I started with one Micrloxx mat to see it it cut down on dust and small rocks getting into our house. I’m happy to write that I was very satisfied and ordered two more for entry ways. The rug is thin enough to fit under almost all of our doors. I would highly recommend this product.

My husband did not like the carpet I ordered at all. He said it was ugly. However, it was what I wanted to make sure it didn't move when walked upon. It is in my entry way. The sizing wasn't what I thought I was getting either. It was not quite wide or long enough to cover the entire floor. So, I called the owner and explained the situation. He wanted us to be happy with our purchase and told me that the only carpet that could be cut to exact measurements needed was the Berber. He offered to send me samples, which he did. He gave me multiple options to replace or return the one I bought. I received the samples via Fed Ex within a few days. Upon receipt of the samples, it was clear to me that it did not have the "absolute no slip no matter what you do" backing which is the reason I chose the carpet I did. I decided to keep the one purchased as it was all that it was described to be. Once down and we had time to get used to it, even my husband was good with it. Many thanks to Ultimate Mats for thinking about me, the customer first.

I recently received my new floor mat, and it is beautiful!! It is used on a hardwood floor entering the front of my house. The color Khaki works well with my hardwood floor entrance. The product and service that I received is 5 stars!!! I highly recommend it!!!

The experience I had with Diane Noles was superb! Wonderful customer service, answered all my questions, gave me feedback, provided tons of viable information in guiding our school to make our decision on what we wanted for our front entrance lobby. The company provided unlimited proofs as well as free shipping - that is a huge savings for a heavy rug, or two! The rugs are just gorgeous - super bold in color and the quality is unmatched. Heavy duty material that will last an incredibly long time. Our logo that we provided is beautifully printed and our school pride shines. We'll definitely be a return customer for more rugs soon...
