We ordered a 3 foot by 16 foot smooth backed waterhog diamondcord runner for our downstairs workshop/laundry area which leads directly to our driveway and is the major entryway to our house in the winter months here in New England. First we ordered a sample and chose the Brown Cord because it most closely matched the flooring and tile in this area. We are very pleased with the appearance and feel of this sturdy carpet. We will probably be ordering smaller mats for the hallways in the future. The runner is 2" shorter than what we ordered, but we expected this after reading reviews from other folks online at other sites. Diane was the person I worked with at Ultimate Mats and I found her very helpful. I had to decide whether to order one long runner or two shorter ones. She helped me decide to get the long one and I'm so glad I did. The order went smoothly and arrived quickly. I would recommend this company both for their service and their prices.

This was the first time using Ultimate Mats and our experience was excellent!
Diane the logo consultant responded to my many emails in a timely manner and helped throughout the process. When we asked to add or change something it was done within hours or within a day. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the mats we wanted. I would recommend this company to others and would buy from them again in the future.

Winter brings it's own kind of mess, specifically salt, cinders, and water. With our mat at the door, it stays put and doesn't track onto hardwoods, tiles, and carpets. No more salty, gritty stains or slick spots. And that's just one season!

AND, it's made in the USA!

Love, love, love these mats! When you're on your feet 12 plus hours a day on tile and concrete, your feet can sure feel it. These mats take the pressure off your feet, hips and back! You couldn't pay me to give them up. Easy to clean, durable and extremely light weight as well. I highly recommend them to anyone working in a kitchen for any amount of time. Great size option that fit odd places/dimensions and quick shipping turn around. I have them in both of my stores. Love them!

The mat I received exceeded my expectations. The quality was exceptional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took almost 3 weeks before the mat arrived. I would buy again, as long as I took into consideration how much lead time it would take for me to order it before I received the mat.
