Horrendous Broadband Service
I have had the worst experience with Vodafone trying to set up broadband. Ordered installation about a month ago and was told installation would happen a week after order was placed.
Installation date kept getting pushed back (from their side), I eventually gave up and cancelled which was almost 10 days ago.
I can’t order from another provider because Vodafone still have an order in process, and every time I contacted another provider their customer service they tell me it will be cancelled within 2-5 business days. Honestly, stay clear from them and their broadband. It’s not worth it.
