Count your days WYSH
It is now February 8 and it has been three months since my account has been locked. I’ve been ignored. I’ve been told lies, and I’ve been denied access to my funds and whoever is in charge of handling my account. In one email April told me that they are working with my bank to return my funds a couple of weeks later I get an email that says they can’t get in contact with Chase. This is after I sent numerous emails that has been ignored. I have also asked to speak to the person who is handling this, and they have denied me access and continue to ignore me. They’re going to reply to this review and claim its security issues, but let me tell you I’ve provided statements showing the money coming out of my account, numerous of documents, proving who I am this is not a security issue. They are choosing to withhold my funds, and lying to me.
I’m going to continue to write reviews and update until this issue is resolved. I will not be silenced. I will continue to speak out in hopes of stopping others from going through the same experience, times are hard, and it takes a while to accumulate money. I thought I was doing the right thing by opening a savings and life insurance policy. I have an autistic son, and I wanted to make sure that he was protected even when I was gone. It’s not right that someone decides to withhold your funds under false pretenses.
