iSpring Learn LMS's features include:
Detailed analytics: To increase ROI, users can adjust training strategy by tracking key metrics, including learner engagement, completion rates, and assessment scores.
Individual learning trajectories: Automatically assign required courses to new hires or other groups of employees, and roll out training content in an order tailored to each group or user.
The supervisor dashboard: Displays team progress, employee results, numbers of groups, users, and their logins for the past month. The User Issues section shows why employees might have lost motivation so the supervisor can quickly remedy the situation.
