iSpring Learn is an LMS developed by iSpring Solutions, a company that provides more than 59,000 clients with an eLearning software ecosystem.


iSpring Learn automates corporate training and helps to improve employee retention through quality onboarding, on-the-job training, gamification and engagement mechanics. With iSpring Learn, training and development professionals can launch eLearning fast, even without any technical skills. Also, account owners can customize or white-label the learner portal to reflect their corporate branding.


iSpring Learn LMS's features include:

  • Detailed analytics: To increase ROI, users can adjust training strategy by tracking key metrics, including learner engagement, completion rates, and assessment scores.

  • Individual learning trajectories: Automatically assign required courses to new hires or other groups of employees, and roll out training content in an order tailored to each group or user.

  • The supervisor dashboard: Displays team progress, employee results, numbers of groups, users, and their logins for the past month. The User Issues section shows why employees might have lost motivation so the supervisor can quickly remedy the situation.

  • An on-premise implementation option: This offers complete control over security and data privacy with zero risk of data breaches and full hosting autonomy.

  • A Customer Success Manager: A dedicated manager will help customers to launch the LMS, set up the training environment, and manage users. They also provide guidance throughout the beta course creation phase, help set up performance tracking with relevant training KPIs, and offer actionable suggestions for improvement.
