Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am utilising Flowlu across my organisation. Flowlu allows us to migrate from several unlinked systems to a single
solution. We now able to coordinate CRM, Tasks, Projects, [and] Invoicing much more effectively. Specifically, we are now able to coordinate our projects and share information remotely with a number of associates.

Pros

The CRM, Projects, and Invoicing elements interface effectively.
The knowledge base is simple and effective allowing external access.

Cons

Enhanced editing features for the Knowledge Base headers.

Return on Investment

One central point of control saving time on a daily basis.
A single system costing less than my previous un-integrated systems.

Usability

Flowlu is very intuitive and provides a good balance of features that offer flexibility without being too bespoke or complex. Usefully the App section allows sections that you do not wish to use to be removed, improving the focus of what important to you.

Support Rating

An online support solution is available; I have found the Flowlu Help Center offers clear and concise information.

Likelihood to Recommend

The Contacts section interfaces well with the other CRM elements and is particularly useful to support the day to day management of our clients and contacts.
