Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

iSpring Learn made a big step forward since 2022. It is improved in the number of features, the personal review option and the services connected. And this development is still going on very fast. It really becomes a great platform with a very good pricing model.

Pros

  • Clear overview on the platform for learners and administrators
  • Great administration portal with lots of features
  • 360 review option for personal development
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • More standard connectors (API)
  • Connection to LinkedIn Learning, Go1, etc. course libraries
  • Effective learning amongst all employees
  • No waste of time with reporting on learning
Very good helpdesk via chat (24/7). Quick answer via e-mail. And also the support page is quite extensive.
iSpring is easy to use comparing to other LMS systems. ALM is more extensive if it comes to features, but it's also more focussed on big companies (+2000 users). Also social learning is better in ALM. eFront is very hard to manage, administrator portal is not very clear like iSpring Learn is. TalentLMS has the same target audience, but is very complicated in it's licensing and also the helpdesk is not that good as iSpring Learn.
