Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

iSpring Suite Max and iSpring Learn is used in our business to create e-learning content within the Learning and Development department to put engaging training modules together to roll out to our employees on personal skills training, mandatory policy training and compliance training. This platform has created a better culture around learning due to the engagement modules we can now put together thanks to iSpring!

Pros and Cons

Pros

Tutorials are available if you are unsure on anything
Customer support is always there on live chat to resolve your technical issues
The interactive slides help create more engaging content

Cons

Some limitations where you can't create exactly what you want either in the design of interactions or lack of varied interactions
Images cannot be moved to where you want them on the interaction slides
Layout of interactions can't be adjusted and overides your powerpoint background
If you have to edit a course and delete it off iSpring Learn then the records of all the people associated to that course are swiped and there's not a way of retrieving the information.

Return on Investment

I feel since we have introduced iSpring to our employees we have retained more employees then before
Some individuals do complain when they don't receive their email through for the training (this happens frequently) making them not want to use the platform
Overall this has been a great addition to our resources which is helping to encourage more of a learning culture in our organisation

Support Rating

Support is always there available to help whether it's e-learning support, help with a design, advice, sending links to useful tutorials, technical support. They have always helped me via the live chat option or through email with my queries/issues and majority of the time are able to resolve them.

Alternatives Considered

iSpring Suite

We do not have an Learning Management System in our organisation as was looking at a more affordable option. iSpring is exactly what we needed to help create engaging content for our employees but where we can upload and track their progress as well. All the additional features are a bonus!

Very easy to use and if you're stuck there are so many tutorials to guide you through. The interaction options works extremely well when trying to create engaging e-learning courses. I also find the live chat option on the website so helpful as there have been a lot of times I've been stuck or not known how to fix an issue and they have helped resolve this on numerous occasions.

I feel like there could be more to offer, in terms of creation. There have been times where I've been limited in what I want to achieve out of some training courses however it is always put forward to their developers to look into for the future. I also dislike if you have to edit a course and delete it off iSpring Learn then the records of all the people associated to that course are swiped and there's not a way of retrieving the information.

I've had a few technical issues where the right interaction wasn't playing on the correct slide however this was easily rectified through the live chat via screenshots and sometimes emailing across my presentation.
