iSpring Learn has improved our training
Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn
We use iSpring Learn to train and test our team members on critical parts of our business and their understanding of these concepts. Each member has a user account and logs in on their mobile device (iPad) to access the content. We have about 25 users at any given time and 3 or 4 folks creating content.
Pros
- Storage of training content via the Knowledge Center
- Alerting users of new training and quiz content
- Tracking user scores and progress on trainings and quizzes
Cons
- The focus on PowerPoint for building decks (we are Mac users!)
- Customization options (app logo) pricing
- Hidden deck slides result in a funky completion score, not allowing the user to complete the training since the hidden slide wasn't "seen"
- From a compliance perspective, we now have a "paper trail" of our team member's training progress
