Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
One of the most comprehensive training management tools. We have used this tool to effectively manage the training requirements of our employees. This tool helped us in improving the skills and knowledge of our employees. This tool also helped us in effectively monitoring the performance of employees in different courses and training.

- Ease of integration with existing SAP solutions
- One of the best features is the option to assign training based on roles, interests, qualifications, departments, and many more criteria or combinations of these criteria.

- Option to give SMS alerts for new training assignments
- Unavailability of existing training material and templates
- improved training compliance to calendar and reduced cost
- Easy to monitor using reporting features
- Improved employee engagement due relevant training assignment based on roles
