Overall Satisfaction with SkyPrep LMS

The SkyPrep LMS is our main platform for eLearning. This platform helps prepare our restaurant employees for their on-the-job training. The platform is very easy to use and user friendly. The AI functionality is awesome and it helps us create scenarios with customers exactly like our staff members will face. We can monitor the nuts-and-bolts training and monitor how each employee will respond to situations with customers.

Pros

  • AI features are very revealing with how a new hire will react when faced with situations from a real life guest.
  • Training modules are easy to set up albeit time consuming
  • The reports are easy to use and generate.
  • Compliance is easy to monitor with alerts

Cons

  • Integrations could be expanded
  • The SkyPrep LMS platform has shown us we can have better employee retention when new hires are more prepared for their on-the-job training.
  • SkyPrep LMS has enhanced our training and training always pays you back.
  • Guests complaints have been reduced by 12.5% since we started using this platform.
The platform is very affordable compared to other platforms and it has more features which fit our needs and objectives. Whether you're on a computer or mobile device, the platform fits the screen well and there are no images and other content which are cut off.
Our staff have had very few issues in using this platform.

We were able to use the AI feature to implement an angry customer scenario. I wanted to see (and our owners to see) how each employee will handle a guest who is impossible to please.
We like to think we can satisfy all guests, but the reality is there are folks who are very hard to please and we're able to see specifically what is typed in by our employees/new hires and how the AI responds.
