Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO
We have been using SMTP2GO for about four years and have found it to be exceptionally reliable, well priced, and with a great set of tools that we use. We run a series of applications that rely on SMTP2GO, and so far, we have not had one single problem. We reached out to them because our servers were relying on the server's SMTP function to send out emails, and most of our outgoing notifications and emails were marked as spam.
Once we integrated SMTP2GO into our server and our front-end clients' applications, our deliverability rate significantly increased. We often find ourselves saving a lot of time troubleshooting deliverability issues reported by our customers, and the analytics present in the SMTP2GO backend help cut down on debugging significantly. We went from an average of 5-10 hours of troubleshooting per week to about 1 hour of troubleshooting per month, freeing up time for maintenance and development.

We have used the cPanel default SMTP functionality, and while it did the job, our deliverability and uptime rates were horrible. The server would often get bogged down on large mail jobs, and emails would often end up in users' spam folders.
