Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS

We have whitelabled the TalentLMS app as our company's University solution. Many staff are not even aware that under the hood it is really TalentLMS being used. It's a one stop platform for new hire on-boarding to the annual mandatory trainings. It had become a central learning tool for our employees and we have integrated it with our SSO solution for easy login. Our compliance and HR teams are happy that we can create reports to track the training progress and use the API to integrate with HRs Talent Management Platform.

Pros

  • Flexibility in type of training videos
  • Restful APIs for free
  • Ability to whitelabel the platform with unique URLs.
  • Easy report generation capability
  • Nice CSM and support teams

Cons

  • Some inbuilt integrations with common HR platforms such as Workday and ADP.
  • Live chat with Support and ability to call them rather than working via emails.
  • It helped us combine multiple training platforms into 1 single TalentLMS platform. Saving us time and money managing many.
I wish an ability to call, screen share sessions or a live chat were available. But the emails does work and solved the problem.
The CSM was fully with us and had weekly meetings to track the progress and solve any obstacles we faced.
TalentLMS is cheaper much more easy to use and quicker to implement.
