Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
I initiated our company's online learning platform for our staff and have used TalentLMS as our learning platform. I use the reports to monitor learner progress and motivate learners to complete assigned courses. The reports are also great for sharing what's been happening on our online learning platform with C-Suite executives.
Pros
- Hosting online and blended learning.
- Providing a variety of reports.
- Seamlessly integrating with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Communicating with learners within the platform.
Cons
- Simplifying the setting up of conversations in a course.
- Increased compliance with legally required HR courses.
- Decreased time spent on onboarding! It is so much easier to refer new staff to already existing courses.
- A big plus for us is that staff can do the courses anywhere, anytime.
